We visited D’Jazy twice. The outside belies an enormous venue. The front bar is more intimate and we enjoyed some good live jazz on both evenings. Ben and his team went the extra mile to ensure we had a great time, thank you to them all. Like so many of our experiences in Essaouira, this was great. Give it a try. Price per person MAD 100–150 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

With out a doubt "THE BEST PLACE IN MOROCCO. " There is not enough words to describe this place. My advice would be to go and have a look for yourself, and then you'll understand. From a fantastic drinks menu to some of the best seafood I've had in a long time (Fresh swordfish steaks) All served up with a loving welcoming atmosphere from Ben, Sourmia and team. If you're in luck you may catch the waiter singing in a jam session. Can't wait to see the magnificent nightclub open 😍 🏖🎶🍹🎤💃🕺❤

Nice ambience with great decor and high ceilings. Food is good but not the ‘tapas seafood’ style someone else mentioned. In fact menu is somewhat limited compared to many other restaurants. Could I cook this meal from a Jamie Oliver cookbook, I think so. If you like jazz with your music this is the place to come. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

A wonderful vibe! If you are looking to enjoy a great meal and cocktail whilst listening or dancing the night away to live music then this is the place for you. Very comfortable restaurant/bar to sit back and chillout and watch the village life pass you by, also perfect spot for a sunset drink. Service is also impeccable, great team, very friendly and full of energy and great conversation. Great bar atmosphere of an evening, beautiful decor, popular with the locals too, so you will be sure to have some fun and meet new people.

If you are looking for relaxed good times with beer/wine/cocktail 🍺🍷🍹, very friendly staff and nice live music (including jamming sessions), this is the place to be! 🎶 They mix all kinds of music and the Maroccan waiter chants occasionally, which adds a special Maroccan vibe. I definitely recommend!!

We have been travelling in Morocco for a couple of weeks and had yet to have a good night out. Enter Ben and Laila! Fantastic hosts! It’s not often you get decent drinks and live music plus good service. It’s even rarer that the food is excellent. The fresh fish was delicious and the taboule was fantastic. Great vibes and good times. Loved it.

Very nice place with good cocktails and modern food. I liked the fruit salad very much! Very pleasant staff.
