Fatma è una donna fantastica, nella sua El Kef mantiene vive le tradizioni di famiglia con una cucina antica preparata con la maestria di una vera chef. I piatti sono assolutamente deliziosi. Consiglio a chiunque passi per questa bella e storica cittadina della Tunisia di prenotare da Fatima che è anche una celebrità della televisione tunisina dove presenta i suoi piatti in un programma di cucina. Petit retour d'expérience concernant la table d'hôte "Chef Fatma"... La chef Fatma est une jeune chef, expérimentée et maîtrisant son sujet, très avenante avec ses hôtes, souriante et passionnée par sa région et sa ville. Concernant la cuisine, nous avons opté pour les menus (3 entrées+plat+dessert et thé). Le goût est présent, les épices aussi. Par contre prévoyez de ne rien manger avant d'y aller. Bref une bonne adresse pour celles et ceux qui veulent découvrir ou faire découvrir une partie de notre terroirs avec en prime le sourire du chef 😀
