First of all, the service was super duper slow. I finished up my water and then the meals arrived. Can't wait to eat and I was served with a SWEET Carbonara pasta!! Like who on earth put sugar in the pasta!!! My son had their lamb and the fries were soggy and burnt! Not coming anymore!

Nice decorations and have place for kids to play.
But other than things mentioned above. Other than that is so ……
1)Very hot. Aircond is not working. No fan whatsoever provided even after informing them twice and they don’t bother to check. Stay there in sweats.
2)Food is bland. Meehoon soup is like soup ordered from a school canteen standard but the price is a cafe standard. (See picture)
3) ask for 2 glasses of plain water.
And the service attendant didn’t inform me that they actually don’t have plain water , and charge me with mineral water instead.
4) got charged for 1 nasi ayam, 1 mee hoon soup, 2 water and teh o ais for RM32
Good ambience, but the food was rotten. Complained to the staff that the chicken was very smelly but they neither apologize nor replace the meal. And we still pay the full amount as well. Furthermore food preparation also takes longer than expected as we were the only customer that time, it takes half an hour to serve the beverage only.

I really want yo be positive about this restaurant. Unfortunately, I can’t! Because of first , they have very slow service. Many waiter but very slow to attend customer. Secondly, the food. There are so many to choose from and look delicious but the taste are far beyond decent taste. I had nasi lemak with ayam goreng berempah, the rice lack of coconut and pandan leaves fragrance, the chicken very small and overall the portion kinda small. I ordered hot lemon tea but i got not so warm drink. My friend had nasi minyak gulai daging, small portions, not freshly cooked. Very disappointed with this restaurant (no wonder there not so many customer come). Apart from all that the vibe and atmosphere of the reis quite nice and chill place. But will i recommend to my friends? Absolutely no! P/s the price not really match the taste of the food.

Went for buffet ramadan!!! The foods is so so only! Not comfortable at all, we are 3 pax how ever they place us on table that design for 2 pax! Table so small and so near to other tables also because they place overload table! The place is quite small but the table so many! We dine like sardines in a can! Worst thing is they call it free flow buffet however they never topup for drink after finish and not even topup their food also! Not recommended!
Please avoid this restaurant at all costs! I had the worst lunch ever. I'm too annoyed to explain much. Oh ya, we were the only customer that time. I wonder where is the owner of this place? Or is it just a money laundering business in front. Because nobody in their right mind would spend so much in a business & don't bother to check/manage the quality Of the food & service. Such a waste.
Good place with nice ambiance. Tried the nasi minyak with gulai daging. Not sure if just my luck but the meat that i got is quite chewy. The vietnam coffee is ok, preferred my coffee abit more kaw je

the tables were not cleaned, infact there was dead cockroach on the table that I want to sit. the sofa overlooking the kids play area were dirty, so does the kids play area. the service was very slow- i was the only customer at that time. food tasted average, pricey too

I truly hope the owner please come and take a look at your restaurant. Its a beautiful restaurant, but the service is🙏. The two of us came at 1.00 pm, no other customer at the restaurant but us.. until 1.30pm, i finally got my drink, my friend got hers around 10 minutes later. About 1.50 pm one staf came into the restaurant carrying a plastic bag, i suspected he just came back from buying groceries. Guess what? My friend who ordered nasi putih with ikan goreng bawal finally got her order at 2pm. And my order? I ordered cokodok udang by 2.10pm still havent arrived🙄 when my cokodok came at 2.13pm, the inside tepung and udang still mentah🤦

Worst dining experience ever. We ordered nasi goreng ayam grill and nasi goreng ayam legend. As well as the most pitiful, embarrassing plates of pasta carbonara I have ever seen in my life. Honestly, the price of these food doesn't justify the quality and quantity, or lack thereof. And the service was soooo slooowwww. I really regretted my decision to eat there. And don't get me started on the tiny, dinky plates they use to serve the nasi goreng and friend chicken. The plate was cramped and my chicken almost went flying. No, just no. I wish I could undo everything and get the 2 hours of wasted time and money back. Spoil the mood betul.
