We spent a weekend in the spa which included a nice dinner at the restaurant. The restaurant's location is right next to the sea and the atmosphere is elegant but relaxed. We waited a bit for our food but the service was very friendly and professional.
The foot itself was quite good. We had the tartare, which, for our taste, had too much sauce which took away the flavour of the meat. As a main course we ordered a filet with mashed potatoes and kale, paired with a plum sauce. The filet was tender but the flavour of the sauce was, again, a bit off. We finished off with deserts which were very tasty and the wine pairing was good as well.
Overall a nice evening with a calm and relaxed atmosphere!

Tyvärr levde inte dagens luncher upp till smak och kvalitet.Vi åt Grishals som var otroligt fet samt fiskgryta som var väldigt smaklös .
