The food was very good here! Got the Huevos Rancheros, and they were delicious! Good breakfast/lunch spot for layovers, however it did take quite a while for us to get our checks. Good if your not in a huge rush!

Before i say why it’s 2/5 i should mention the service was still good. The “tacos” were a sad representation and insult to Mexican culture. The taco shell was hard and soft, just a soggy mess, the pulled pork had no flavour and it seems they tried to smother chipotle on top the taco to balance the dryness. it just didn’t go well at all. They also have paper straws.

Hands down one of places to eat at if you time to stop at. The bar tender was amazing, food had lots of flavor, good portions, mixed drinks were made perfect and very welcoming. If you haven't tried their food you're missing out. Enjoyed my layover and wouldn't mind having one there again.
I tried the Fulton Lonely Blonde beer, with fish and chips (with malt vinegar). The beer was good, and the beer-battered cod fish tasted fresh and crispy. A pretty solid meal. The French fries and side lettuce salad were also delicious!. I got the check please.

We ate here on 1/4/2024 during a layover and it was so disappointing. We ate at the local version of this restaurant in the twin cities in the past but the airport version is terrible.
Our food was cold, had zero flavor, coated in mayo, ridiculously overpriced, and we were both concerned that we’d end up with food poisoning. “House made chips” if house made means stale and comes from a bag from Sysco. The server was busy, and other tables seated after us received their food before us even though we ordered the same thing. Plus the drink special items were the same at a different restaurant at our destination airport making me think some company paid to use RePUBlic’s name and reputation to make a buck at MSP. Save yourself time and money, and get something that tastes better by going to Leanne Chins.

We made a quick stop before our flight to DC.
Service was great and our waitress was super funny and was in a really good mood. The place was busy as one might expect, but she so attentive.
The burguer was good, specially the sauce. Fries were crisp and I had a blue moon.
We would stop here again.
Fast, friendly service. John, our bartender, may be the best mix of friendliness and efficiency I have ever had at an airport bar. Twins used to be our go-to but this is a pleasant option as well. Thanks for making us feel special John!

Food was excellent. Decent drink selection, including craft beer. Drink prices are $2 too high. Service was friendly and okay, but not great. Large seating area. Restaurant could be kept more clean (eg tables and floors need to be better wiped off and swept).
