This is very nice place to sit down and enjoy the creation of Black Drim river. Cappuccino with cream was only 1€ and delicious!

As the name suggests it’s a great place to sit in the shade and relax with a cold drink. Prices a good, service is good (can be slow when busy, but it’s a big place). Nice place all year round.

Last year the music was terrible, the worst of worst. Albanian trap (wanna-be hiphop) music style.
I personally love Albanian pop music it's wonderful but rap and trap Macedonian or Albanian or Balkan in general is not the music for a place named Relax.
The good thing - This year was lovely, international music, chill and relaxed, a foreigner would be glad to visit Relax cafe and enjoy without any Balkan music unpleasantries.

Outdoor seating is comfortable and offers beautiful views of the lake. The coffee is reasonably priced for the location, and came out quickly as well.
