Went for open mic night to see ,hear, and meet local musicians. Variety of different types of music. We aren't regulars but plan to go again in the future. Friendly clientele and staff, reasonable prices at bar.

My bestie and I have absolutely fallen in love with this place!!! The crowd is a bit on the older side... but they get wild! We have so much fun every time! Mandy, the bar tender, is like the best person ever. The red dog himself is usually there ready for attention... until it's time to nap on stage while the band is still playing 😂. It's a beer bar, but you can bring a bottle of something stronger for a tiny fee. So it's also the cheapest place to drink in town. Karaoke on Saturday, open mic Wednesday and Thursday. The open mic is usually just a free for all jam session, very informal and chill, perfect place to experiment musically. Things get started round 7pm and the place closes at midnight (1am on weekends). Even though the crowd is older they are progressive and welcoming to EVERYONE. And you can totally bring your dog to the bar with you! I am so glad we were adopted into this quirky lil bar family! 🥰
Open jam on Wednesday and Thursday, live music most every Saturday. Karaoke on Friday night.
Beer bar no liquor license. You can BYOB. They also make some very decent cocktails from a malt liquor they can sell under their beer license.
This is a Dive Bar Supreme!!! The owner is there most every night with his giant Red Pitbull thus the name Redd Dawg Saloon. Redd Dawg will meet and greet you with love and affection. He also does a wonderful job of weeding out anyone with ill intent. An important skill for any bouncer working this far down E Lancaster. I absolutely love this place. Everybody is always friendly and polite. One of the only dive bars I've been in where I've never heard so much as a nasty word, much less seen a scuffle.
If you have the constitution for a true, old style, dive bar and are in East Ft.Worth then this is the place to be!
