Today we decided to order in, as we normally don't do takeaways... Was very excited for my meal.
We ordered a pizza and chicken burger...
Burger was quite disappointing. Chicken was hardly seasoned, all the chips was thrown away immediately. Was ice cold and tasted old and mushy on the inside.
Pizza was okay, felt it was standing for a while. Base was not as chripsy for wood fired pizza.
Very unhappy about my meal, felt like I wasted my money... Could of eaten out and had a proper cheat meal...

Ordered a takeaway for supper and was shocked to find out that the chicken on their pizza is boiled and quite unseasoned. The pizza base and veggies were nice otherwise. The burger patty did not smell good, same boiled look. Quite disappointing.

First time I've been to this place. I'm visiting from CT. It's been a while since a pizza place met or exceeded my expectations.
Fresh ingredients with plenty of toppings. Visually appealing as you'll see from my pics.
Messicana (I think i spelt that right) was properly hot which is quite rare. My maximum tolerance is Habaneros and the heat was about 7/10 which is still impressive.
Reggie's Pizza wasn't spicy and was very flavourful with a little salt added.
Thin, crispy base. Toppings didn't make the pizza soggy. You can tell that the cooks take pride in their work.
I'm not sure how long this place has been open, but it is very good quality compared to big brand pizzas. March 2021 had 2 pizzas and a 2l drink for R200 which is exceptional value for the price.

Worst pizza ever. Arrived ICE COLD, not even luke warm. Driver wanted a tip yet I included it in my payment. They almost forgot the base (I like a thin base but not this thin where you have to eat it with a spoon. Sides were burnt.

Horrible.... Red Rooster staff put phone down because they can't answer a question. Rude/arrogant staff with no proper training in communicating with a customer. Uber eats horrible. Sent the wrong meals. Definitely won't ever be buying by Red Rooster again and won't use Uber eats ever again.

Hi,
We always order at red rooster because we enjoy their food but payday is truly the worst day to visit this restaurant. I get that it's their busiest day but the service is terrible and you end up waiting an hour + for your food. I always call before to place my order but when I arrive I still end up waiting another hour. When I call they always tell me 30-35 minutes but that's a lie. This has happened more than twice now. I suggest the manager works on a better dynamic for days like these.

Fantastic meal with great prices. I highly recommend trying them out. You can taste and see it is done with quality produce and great staff who are friendly too
Great pizzas. Sunday night special is great for the family and they have been very accommodating to our requests (vegetarian substitutions). Service is also very friendly, can get busy and then do expect to wait a little longer for the woodfired pizzas as the pizza oven gets busy!
