So here it goes you want an honest review for a lifelong loyal customer of Red Robins visited last night ordered some Gourmet Burgers simply ask them to be as rare as possible so you should have seen pink barely seen pink the first time the food came to the table has to speak with the manager she came out said she would correct it a long period of time past to our surprise the food finally came out and it was worse than the first burgers these were cooked all the way through somewhat hockey pucks we have not visited this establishment and probably close to 8 to 9 months that being very sad since we live just half hour 40 minutes away from there so to go to other facilities is even longer for us to drive our server I have to give him some praise he was amazing and it's not his fault that people just can't get it right for it could care less about us because it was later in the evening understand that but anytime anyone comes to anyone of these restaurants they should be treated with respect and loyalty to the Red Robin's brand the manager couldn't even come back out and see us at all

The food was good, just waiting for everything. Simple order of fries and a side salad took a while. Than ask server something says they have to serve another table that just arrived and will be back. Hope they give you a good tip than.

Always a great experience at this Red Robin. The royal burger with sweet potato fries is my go-to, and it satisfies every time. Service is top notch as well. Highly recommend.

This was my first visit to a Red Robin location and they did not disappoint! We didn't really want to take the time to dine-in anywhere because we had just traveled 16 hours and were tired. But we were all starving, it was Veteran's Day so I wanted to recognize my husband for his military service, and Red Robin was offering a FREE meal to veterans! Everything was GREAT! The burgers were fresh and juicy! They had a great selection of menu items to choose from, and who does not love UNLIMITED FRIES?! Prices were fair and the service was great and they made him feel appreciated! We will be back when we go that way again.
