About
Good bacon, hamburgers and wedge salads will impress you at the first bite. Eating tasty Brezeln and perfectly cooked sundaes is a nice experience here. According to the visitors' opinions, waiters offer delicious draft beer or good whiskey. Clients don't highly appreciate milkshakes at this restaurant. At Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, you can order a takeaway. The staff is said to be cute here. This place is remarkable for its fast service. Here you will pay average prices. There is a lovely atmosphere and homey decor at this spot. But google users haven't given this restaurant a high rating.

They sat us immediately. I asked the host for a booster seat instead of telling me they only had high chairs he just lied and never came back. We weren't givin any silverware to start. I ordered my a house margarita with a water. Took 10 minutes just to get my drink then it had no alcohol in it. And I never got my water. However our server was friendly checked on us got us everything we needed. Came back frequently to make sure everything was okay and he took our order correctly and went above and beyond to make our experience good except my water ha but then we get our food .. we ordered 2 burgers with side salads and fries and corn dog bites for our kiddo. When they took the order they ask if u want pink or no pink in the burger we both ordered no pink and made it a point to say well done burgers more than once because this is always a problem here our burgers came pink and mine was not even cooked all the way at all almost all pink I couldn't eat it. The burgers came on the same plate with the salad .. didn't like that they usually give us a bowl for the side salad. I'm about ready to just get up and leave after my burger but I'm like whatever I'm hungry now so I'll eat the lettuce in my salad was brown and disgusting and I can't bet it was above the temp it was supposed to be I'm a manager at a restaurant so that made me angry the lettuce was bad .. over all not a good experience... we really like red Robin but after several bad experiences we probably won't go back to this particular restaurant they need more staff and more concern over how their food is actually going out .. I paid and left I was not happy I've complained before and got treated in a negative way so I just left after paying didn't eat our burgers or our salads ... just yuck Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Pretty typical layout for a Red Robin. It's definitely a family-friendly environment. We were seated immediately and had a solid waitress. Food came out quick, all at once. Apps and mains at the same time. I had the Scorpion Burger, which wasn't nearly as spicy as I was hoping. The ground beef used wasn't the best quality, but it was medium rare as ordered. The wife had the "island hot" bone-in wings, which she enjoyed, and a side salad. I had a couple of wings, and they were decent but nothing to write home about. Their peach tea is pretty good. We finished by splitting an Oreo milkshake, which was served in two shake glasses. I've had better shakes at fast food restaurants, as well as other Red Robins. It was pretty mid, but it was good enough. All in all, it was not exactly a show stopping experience, but it served its purpose. We left full. That said, this Red Robin was really just a glamorized fast food joint with dishes instead of boxes/bags and a good waitress instead of a cashier. Might just save a couple of bucks and eat at Burger King down the street next time we are in the mood for this kind of food. There is no difference in the quality of ingredients. Short staffed I get it… decided to get an order Togo. Asked for no bun 10+ times and still got a bun. Asked for no side, still paid over $20 for a burger not cooked medium, very well done. The egg white of the egg however was not cooked all the way, runny white. Overall wish I spent my money elsewhere. I asked for a refill of fries and they said they couldn’t bring more because they’re too busy. I ordered a milkshake and when it finally came they brought out a milkshake in a kids cup (probably 1/3 the size of the shake I usually get). They were very late with refills with drinks. Granted, they were busy. But this is the type of experience that leads me to never come back. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1
We sat down and got a drink order in, after our server Zachery brought our drinks, we ordered. My burger came out with slaw which wasn’t a big deal and got my fries. Our daughter also got just a basket of fries which came out maybe 7 minutes after our food, my alcoholic drink (which was the first order we made) also came out after my food when I asked about it. Had to ask for silverware and napkins, kept grabbing napkins off of a dirty table. Glasses were dirty, knife was dirty. Usually I don’t care too much cause i also work service, I get it. What put the icing on the cake was waiting for our server to get the $2 off for the slaw I didn’t order. After he fixed it he came back and said he took off the burger cause ‘it seems like we needed it’….. I’m guessing a manager fixed the bill cause that’s who usually does. Still tipped on my normal bill. But that was absolutely insane to say to a customer. Don’t judge people. And fix YOUR mistakes. The food was delicious. The short stack of onion rings were nice and crunchy! The manager personally came out to greet my friend who has never been before and thanked him for coming. The monster burger was cooked perfectly and was juicy. The garlic fries were crisp yet had just the right amount of garlic taste!! I had a good time here, my little brother loves the pizza it's really good i recommend it for little ones. The drinks are amazing. I recommend the very berry limeade with sprite. They also have really nice views of the mountains. The service was great, staff was attentive and fun. Our server ( bartender) was not in a great mood at all always compaling about working to much. Mumble under her breath, all the tables when we sat down were dirty. To top it off there was a bug in our freckled lemonade drink. And all she said was that it was probably just from a strawberry. Last time I will be coming to this location until things get cleaned up!!! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes Burger

Bre was the best server I’ve had in a long time. My son wanted a strawberry milkshake for dessert & we ordered thru the kiosk one to-go. He specifically told me before we ordered he wanted sprinkles on his shake. When the to-go shake came there were no sprinkles - he was bummed but was ready to take what he got. Bre came by and asked if there was anything else she could get us and my son asked for sprinkles and a cherry. Before I knew it, that cup was in front of him with the sprinkles & cherry. We were honored to be her last table as a server after seven years & can’t wait to come back and see her managing the place, literally! 🩵 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
I wish I could give zero stars. We were quoted 10 min wait but saw the bar top was completely empty so opted for that. The entire bar area was TRASHED. We waited at least 5 minutes for our water despite the bartender not doing anything, & it wasn’t even her who brought them another server did from them back. Waited forever longer for her to ask how we were doing, & we said we’d like to order. We ordered broccoli & salad yet were not given silverware until we asked after already getting served our food (by someone else). Got our food & the quality is unlike any I’ve ever had at Red Robin. The bun was stale and falling apart, my broccoli was old and brown & the bottom of the bun was soggy. The bar is still filthy despite MULTIPLE staff members just lingering around and passing through. No sense of urgency and FILTHY location. I’m afraid to know what the kitchen looks like. Also not a manager in sight. I’d like to add I could understand if she were slammed, or had to make a ton of drinks for the waitstaff but it wasn’t the case. Multiple servers came behind the bar to make their own drinks the entire dining experience.
