Haven't been here in a while but was craving the towering onion rings and took the family out for dinner. No wait for a table every one was friendly, our server was amazing, and our food was good! Our friends said that Red Robin is most probably the best burger restaurant in town. We went to the bar, since we did not want to wait approx 20-30min for a table. The service (lady behind the bar, long, brunette hair) was the best. Beside of being friendly, attentive and serving us drinks and taking our order, she was rocking the boat on that evening (2nd Sep 2023, evening around 7-8 pm). Once we got our food it was unfortunately cold. :( the pizza of my husband was just like cold, crispy pizza and my burger was cold too. I think our friends were ok. However, maybe we were just not lucky this evening and the kitchen or the rest of the service team was just overwhelmed. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

We went to Red Robin last night. What an enjoyable experience. We had not been there in a long time do to service and food just fair. But I have to say last night was the best our server Emily went above and beyond. She made sure we had everything that was need to enjoy our evening. Even the manager was there to make sure we were good. All employees that served us were very good. Had to do this review as I was not able to do it on the machine they had was down. We will be back. It hadn't occurred to me that it was a school holiday until I saw so very many children at Red Robin on a Monday. There were at least 2 birthday parties, yet the sound level was more than tolerable. The atmosphere was very festive. My friend and I had a great lunch and a lovely time. Loved loved loved it all. We sat on patio weather was delightful. Donut dessert was the bomb. Wished hostess took care to have walk way leading the the restaurant cleared unfortunately someone got sick! We will be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The Prescott Red Robin is one of my favorites throughout the state. The food is great, and its very clean. Sage recommended the pepper burger and it was phenomenal. She was polite and very knowledgeable regarding the menu. If your every in the Prescott area, make sure to stop by Red Robin and ask for Sage, you won’t be disappointed. The burgers are acceptable as usual. I appreciate that they ask if you want it cooked pink. My only thing is the service. Servers don't seem to think they have to earn their tip anymore. This is the second Redrobin in a row for me I only got a small handful of fries before I eventually gave up and left. Bottomless fries is a lie it seems. Great food, beer ice cold, thank you, service great. Only reason I didn't give atmosphere a higher rating is a man sitting at bar with a dog. Red Robin never disappoints. I had the Western BBQ burger with a black bean patty, bottomless fries and the freckled lemonade. It was so good! Service was excellent. I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant. We did not get the correct order for my husband. His burger was pink and had onions and tomatoes. Sent it back. They delivered someone else’s food that was not even his and as you can see by the pictures there was something added to the burger. Not sure what this is. None of us could eat our food. Nothing tasted good. All of the food was cold even the cheese was not melted on the burgers. We were told that they were removing two of the burgers off of our bill but nope the bill was still $94. I am hoping the general manager will make this right. The waitress was adamant for us to box our food to take home. We left the box on the table.
