Perfect service the burgers looked great I ordered the Southwest grilled chicken salad. It was good! The prices were good. I wouldn't call this a high-end restaurant but just a nice place to go get something to eat. Overall an average experience. I generally like the Red Robin menu and this visit continued that trend with the BBQ burger and the Red Robin fry sauce. The atmosphere was nice as we were dining about 5pm on a Friday and it wasn't overly loud. What dragged this visit down was the staffing. We were seated towards the back of the seating area. In the same area there were at least three servers who appeared to be on break all at once. This is just my guess as they were sitting in booths, checking their phones and eating. Totally reasonable that employees go on break at some point in their shift, except that one of them was our server. Over the course of our meal they made twice as many trips back to their meal than they did to check in on us. They didn't seem to be short staffed with so many people not working all at once, but maybe just have them do this one server at a time. As a result, we ran out of beverages and side dishes multiple times during our meal, which became frustrating when we could see our server sitting a few booths away with their back to us eating their meal. Not to put this 100% on the server because I can't imagine they would all be doing this without management giving them the direction to do so. If this was their break, then I feel back for the server that they were expected to still do their job while on break. Overall just some questionable operational management of the staff. Called in an order for pickup.. got my food.. drove over speed bumps, did a burnout and crashed into a pole. Crawled out of my vehicle but didn't forget my phone and the Royal burger.. limped back home starving. .. when I finally arrived home and peeled open the box, I found my yolk unscathed, and the burger cooked perfectly. We had the best experience! Nicole was our waitress and was probably the best waitress we’ve ever had! She brought fresh fries before she even took our order which was super appreciated because I’m pregnant and I get sick if I don’t eat quickly enough. She was quick with everything and super nice! The food was great as always. Love the bottomless fries they bring out while you wait for your food. That really helps with hungry kids. Found something all ofy kids would eat which is a pretty big feat for us. The service was great. Not super busy. Not super expensive. Great experience. A great place to go for everything burgers. The Royal Red Robin is my favorite; however, there are literally dozens of different burgers they offer and I’m excited to try more. The bottomless fries they give you is a nice touch as well.

Last minute stop for dinner on a busy Friday. Just over 1/2 full but we were seated quickly. Our server was there within minutes. We had fish and fries and impossible burger with lettuce wrap. The burger was cooked to perfection and served with crispy lettuce and hot fries. Fish was crispy battered and still steamy hot. Will go back. Stopped in for a birthday lunch for my sister, the wait wasn’t horrible for lunch. Got seated and had a bit of a wait before being greeted or putting in orders. Thankfully had enough time for all 6 of us to pick out food so when greeted we could all get our orders in. Decent wait of about 30-40 minutes for food to get to the table, major saving grace was our server kept our drinks full and gave us fries for the table to eat while we wait… Overall the food was decent, but the service and watching half of the employees stand around in conversation rather than doing much of anything… not sure if we’ll be back.
