Great hamburgers and fries. Our server was so nice and attentive. The place was packed and some seats weren't available when we arrived, but the hostess made us feel welcomed. When it was our turn he led us to our table. Clean place, only removed a star since the bathroom didn't have paper towels to dry hands. Had dinner here on Friday 1/12/24 to celebrate my stepdaughter's birthday. Brennan was our server and did an excellent job consistently checking in on us, refilling drinks, taking empty plates, asking if we needed anything. Great customer service all around. The food was great but I did initially find a hair under my fries. The fried pickles were too greasy. The manager did come over and replace the meal, which was fine. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Yesterday I picked up a large order for my coworkers from this Red Robin and I had a fantastic experience. As soon as I walked inside the restaurant I saw my giant order set up and ready to go by the door. The man that greeted me was so nice and gracious. He went out of his way to show me everything they boxed up for me, gave us plenty of extra toppings, chips, utensils, and sauces. He even typed up a possible layout for the food because he knew it was a lot and he wanted it to look nice and be easy to access. He then gathered his staff to help me load everything into the car. After getting back to work and setting up all of the food for everyone, I received many compliments about how great the food was. I have done many large orders like this from many other restaurants, but these people went above and beyond to make this as smooth as possible for me. Thank you thank you thank you for being so kind. We had a good waitress that helped with deciding what to order. We all unanimously voted the food was delicious. I love the sweet potato fries and healthy food options on the menu. Went for a birthday burger with my mom and we both really enjoyed our meals. I’ll also tries one of their new margarita drinks and that was very tasty and would definitely recommend it as I really felt the alcohol. My mom got one of their lemonades and that was a refreshing, summertime drink. We went at the early part of dinner time and initially had really great service, but as it picked up and our server got more tables things kind of dropped in terms of attentiveness, but that happens. I had the Southern Charm burger which came with candied bacon, maple brown sugar glaze, and barbecue sauce. It was a well assembled burger and tasted great! I’ve been a huge supporter of Red Robin for decades, LOVE the endless Steak Fries. Was so bummed when they shut down their Northern California locations, but were very excited when we discovered that there are three (3) locations near Midlothian, Texas. One of the partners-Steve- was there working, and took the time to make some excellent recommendations on burgers, and we were NOT disappointed.
