Our server, Dave, was an AMAZING, above and beyond attentive, and extremely nice!! He was on top of everything before we could ask, was always keeping an eye out without being lingering. One of the best servers, no, THE BEST server I’ve had in YEARS!! Such a refreshing experience to have such wonderful service, in a relaxing and inviting atmosphere that was actually very clean!! Thanks to Dave for making our dinner that much more enjoyable and making me a custom “NEAPOLITAN” shake!!! This is another chain that cares more about the money than anything else. The quality of the burgers used to be good but that was years ago, I took my wife to dinner this evening and this is what she picked and the food was terrible. My wife took a bite of her burger and that was all she had asked for medium rare, they burnt it to a crisp alongside the burger I ordered. The waitress didn’t offer to take the burger when my wife brought it to her attention nor did she let us speak to a mgr. none of that the waitress just said oh sorry and charged me for it anyway. Along with everything prices go up these days but that doesn’t mean the quality needs to suffer. next time I want a burger? I’ll go to the assembly in Dundee at least they can get the order correct! Food is overpriced and portions are small. We paid $80 for two burgers and two lemonades. If you go to Marianos you can get five burger patties on the grill for $16.02 out the door. Mariano's burger patties are two times bigger… even though fries are unlimited, they start you with a very small portion, just enough to cover the plate. Their service is uncoordinated and unprofessional. I waited for 30 minutes in their lobby after waiting 15min from when I placed my order. After waiting a total of 45 minuites for my order and watching 4 other people enter the restaurant after me and pick up their to-go orders I finally received my order. Half of which was cold. I also overheard an employee in the lobby take a phone call where a to-go order was trying to be placed and I heard the male hostess say “just tell them to order online” and that’s exactly what happened. I can understand being told to wait a minute or two to be helped. But just flat out being told to do it on your own even tho the staff is fully capable is pathetic to see. I didn’t catch the guys name but he was wearing glasses and a silver chain and looked about 15 years old. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
