It's fallen off a bit here. Fries were cold and extra baskets showed up with 7 to 8 fries. Food showed up with 15 fries mostly bits, and cold. Burger was asked to be medium and it showed up very well done. Bun was off and mostly fell apart. We ordered the Brussel sprouts appetizer and it was a greasy pile of leafs. There was literally 4 halves of brussel sprouts. They were so greasy and nowhere to be found was any parmesan. They also said it was ok to get fries early only because we ordered the Brussels. The server let us know that they were trying to make sure that bottomless fries didn't impact the appetizer orders. Ordered through Uber Eats. Unfortunately the App is not responding. Ordered an Avo-- Cob salad and it didn't have chicken! Called the store and there wasn't anything they would do (even though they made the error) As I mentioned, the app is not responding for Uber Eats. I like fish and chips in Red Robin, so we picked this place for dinner when we had a chance to pass by this area. Overall, everything is good. I like the waitress with her fast service and she was also very attentive and good at her job. The bar with varieties of drink was completely impressed me. But we need a real table for two, so i didnt have chance to sit in there but i love the decoration. Food was yummy. Maybe we were too hungry too😅, the fish were a bit too oily though. I wish i could have had warm water instead of ice water( all restaurants in American are serving now). Drinking cold water when eating deep fried food just make the whole food consumed get frozen in the stomach just like u put ice into fat/oil. They will freeze and same thing happening to the food in your stomach which hurts the digest process😁. But overall, i enjoy my dinner here. Honestly, this is a place we don't go to enough. The burgers here are great. I can't say much about the other food since I've never ordered anything here other than hamburgers. The onion rings are awesome, and the royal red Robin burger is like nothing else you've ever had. The service, at least for us, could've been better, but she was trying, so I can't fault her too much. Overall, this is one of my families favorite places when my daughter is in town. Got to love me some Red Robin so I can get those all you can eat sweet potato fries! The only problem with the place that we went to was it was too warm. It was a 90° day and we each brought a hoodie or sweater cuz we thought it we might get a chill inside and man it was sticky and humid in there. They need to turn up the air on a hot day. Let's start with the service. While our server had an irritable and highly occupied night he did not forget to communicate and check on us. There were sometimes where I would wait longer than desired but the patience paid off. Our server ensured we got everything we needed even though the kitchen was backed up. They couldn't keep up with the unlimited fries. The food still turned out well and was cooked deliciously. I am a fan of the veggie burger. We were here to celebrate a birthday and make use of BOGO. It got tricky but all still worked out. Red Robin has historically been one of my favorite burger places. I’m a personal fan of the whiskey river BBQ burger which is my go to. Stake fries and onion rings are absolutely perfect! While I do like this place, I’m giving this location 4 instead of 5 stars for two reasons. First, their burgers while still good have taken a dip in “quality”. I have even gotten a couple of simply bad tasting burgers where the meat tasted like it had freezer burn. These quality issues seem specific to this location as I have never experienced that at other Red Robin. Second, I frequently will get a to go order instead of dinning in. As of late, they have really been skimping on the steak fries for to go orders which is honestly the main reason I go here. When your server is so busy with her two other tables that she drops the refills as she speeds by. She is short and rude in her tone and speech. That is until it was time to pay. Then there were new workers there and she was suddenly super friendly and talkative. We normally tip 50% but could not justify but the minimum for this type of treatment. My family was wondering if we had done something to offend our server but we could not think of anything. Maybe she was just having a bad day. The food was well made.
