About
This restaurant offers you good fish & chips, fish and chicken sandwiches. As it is known from the visitors' comments, tasty sundaes are must-try here. Red Robin will offer you delicious root beer, wine or whiskey. It might be cool to try great lemonade, milkshakes or root beer float. Children can choose dishes from the kids' menu. This place is recommended for the pleasant staff. The fast service is something these restaurateurs care about. Prices at this spot claim to be low. From the guests' point of view, the atmosphere is charming. But most clients who use Google didn't grant this restaurant a high rating.

What a terrible place Red Robin has become. I went there yesterday around noon and as soon as I got in I could tell the place was run down. At first the lady sat me and my mom at this table that was rickety. We couldn't touch it without it moving so we asked if could sit somewhere else. We moved two tables up from that one and at first it was better. We ordered some bootleg version of mozzarella sticks called "twists" that look like something out of a microwave kids dinner. That was another bad sign. What really told me this place is going down hill was my burger. Now I've going to Red Robin since I was a kid (I'm in my 30's now) I remember the burgers being big and having a lot of French fries and being so full i couldn't finish my meal. But yesterday I got a burger the size of my fist maybe a little bigger but not by much. The pineapple in my burger was bigger than my patty. And all I got was a handful of fries not joking like 10 fries! It looked like my mom had gotten more than me to the point where I think they split the fries between my mom and me. I ordered the cinnamon donuts hole which were the only thing that has stayed the same on their menu! Our meal with a tip was around $80 and I can tell you that McDonald's or Burger King would give you twice the amount food for that price that had the same quality! Just as we're were about to leave we realized chair we were sitting on was loose and could have broken on us as we were sitting! Don't come here! Don't waste your hard earned money it's not worth it. You could go to Subway and be more full than eating at Red Robin! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Decent value, tasty food. They're very understaffed. But there bartender is nice just doing too many things at once. Burger was cooked well and very juicy. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I always loved the burgers at Red Robin. This particular location in San Bruno could use a revamp. Not sure what it is about it that makes it look old and not inviting. San Mateo location when it was open was nicer. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Royal Robin Burger and Fries

This location is trash. We stood for 15 minutes before someone came and seated us (should have left). Food was soggy and cold. Absolutely zero service - we never saw our waiter again. Did not get water even after asking - if not for the soda we got we would have choked to death for lack of fluids. Avoid at all cost. I used to love red robin but never again!
