Pretty decent cafe for an airport lounge area. The food is decent for the over priced menu but then again we are at an airport. The staff are nice but lack organization. Our flights were delayed and the cafe was packed with customers. The staff was struggling to keep up with the influx of customers. Definitely could see in their face they were overwhelmed. The cafe has WiFi but the staff didn’t share the password and shared its for staff only! I spent almost around NPR 3000 for food and coffee and you say WiFi is only for staff. That’s ridiculous. Management, take note of this. Customers walk into cafe in airport to kill time and grab bites, for the value of their money, least provide WiFi or share password. Thanks!

I recently visited Redmud Cafe at Biratnagar Airport, and it's certainly a decent spot to pass the time before your departure. The highlight of the experience was the coffee; it was excellent and provided a pleasant boost before my flight.
However, there were some areas where improvement is needed. The management should focus on better organization and customer service. During my visit, I witnessed staff members arguing in front of customers, which was quite unprofessional and uncomfortable.
One disappointing aspect was the lack of Wi-Fi, especially in an airport cafe where travelers often need to stay connected. Additionally, I had to ask for a menu, which should be readily available to customers.
In conclusion, Redmud Cafe has potential, but it could significantly enhance the overall experience with more attentive management. If they are serious about providing a top-notch service, addressing these issues would certainly help.

Good experience. The price is as in other outlets, they don't charge too high because it's in the airport. Definitely worth the comfort and coffee of Red Mud while waiting for your flight at the airport.
