Wow! It's been a hot minute since I ate at Red Lobsters. I was shocked to see this location wasn't busy during lunchtime but worked out perfectly for us. I decided to order the pick three combination double order of fried shrimp and fried calms with broccoli and a loaded big potato as my sides. I did want a basic salad, but now Red lobster has it on the menu as a premium side. I asked why, and I was told they use a better grade of salad. OK! The food was just OK. I guess my palette has changed. The server was nice and offered me a sweet treat for my birthday. I noticed the prices for the cocktails are not listed on the menu when everything else is. I took my son out for his birthday. The wait was a little long but that's to be expected these days. He ordered the stiffed flooded and coco it shrimp appetizer. I ordered the shrimp and scallops on seewer with rice pilof and two sides. Everything my son had was fine. My scallops and shrimp are so dry and burned I could not eat them. My rice pilaf was not done at all I put it in my mouth and it had hard rice pieces in it that could have chipped my teeth. The waitress did make good on it and had them remake the scallops and shrimp. I decided i did not want the rice remade or a different side. She took a 10 percent discount off the order and did not charge us for the side salads. Another waiter overheard that it my sons birthday and gave him a free ice cream dessert. Which was nice of him. This was one of the better Red Lobster restaurants I have been to. We didn't have to wait for a table. The staff was attentive and pleasant. It was clean, most are. The food was all how you imagine it, yummy 😋 Brittany was a fantastic server! See updated reviews below ... Coconut shrimp were crispy outside and tender flesh. Order came with 12 , but you can add 6 more for $4.99 if you have friends that like to eat off your plate ... The baked trout filet was also delicious and perfectly cooked. Needless to say, the biscuits were never-ending. 4/9/22 Update - service was not as good as we're used to tonight. The food was still exceptional. Hubby had the build your own 3 combo, with scampi & scallops & fish. He enjoyed it. I had the coconut shrimp+6 again. You really can't go wrong with that! Took home 9 of my shrimp and his scampi. The next night, I added a salad to our leftovers, and we were happy AGAIN! 😋 11/29/23 Don't know where my previous review went, but ... Upon our arrival tonight, we encountered an irate customer nose to nose with the female manager because they had no baked potatoes or biscuits. I get the biscuits problem because we all know that we go there for their scrumptious biscuits!! Anyway, we got biscuits delivered half way thru our meal (new kitchen help). We ordered the Wednesday 7oz Sirloin & Lobster tail for $25 special. The lobster was OK, but the steaks .... wow. Hubby ate his perfectly cooked (medium rare) one, but mine came back and forth FOUR (4) TIMES!! Twice it was very well done, third time it was barely warm and still mooing, but finally the manager cooked it HERSELF and it was perfect. I hated the thought of them throwing away 3 steaks, but they were grossly overcooked. Our server, Stacie B, was shaken. They did the right thing in the end. We'll listen to the call from the biscuits again, I'm sure. Their food is so good. 1/11/24 Tonight was an off night for our server. She put out order in too early, so our appetizer, salads, and entrées all came within 5 minutes. We refused our entrées so we could properly enjoy our calamari and salads. It was so fast that we didn't even get our biscuits until after our entrées came the 2nd time! We shared their chocolate cake as it was hubby's birthday. That was very moist and delicious. Had lunch today. Crystal was the waitress. She was quite pleasant. Spoke to her about cost of takeout order of biscuits. She enthusiastically stated no worries I will give you some to take home. After we completed our meal she had us wait about 20 minutes for a fresh batch of biscuits. Finally she returned with the bread. Did not look in takeout bag until a few minutes ago. Trusted her!! Crystal gave us biscuits alright, pieces that were half cooked clumps, others appeared partially eaten!!!!! Each piece could not be identified as edible Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits!!!!!!!!! Trash biscuits are not acceptable! I wanted to purchase biscuits. Never asked for any special treatment or free anything. I just wanted to share with family for dinner. How disappointed I was when I saw what was in the bag. If this is a Crystal tactic to increase her tip, she succeeded! We added what we thought the biscuits would cost to tip! I do not know why someone would be so disrespectful, again we had no problem buying the biscuits. Also very cold in restaurant. If Red Lobster mgmt. review this please address this poor customer service with Crystal and all staff. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Red lobster has been around for 40-plus years ever since I was a kid it's a go-to for seafood and shrimp I don't get into this restaurant all that much, but I was really pleased with our server Brittany, her effervescence and attitude made for a very pleasant experience. Our food was good and plentiful, l and timely and of course Monday is endless shrimp night $21.99 ( all - u can eat w/1 side... Mix and match various styles scampi, coconut fried , Walts Fried shrimq and Alfredo). If you love your shrimp like I do,!! you can go through a whole bunch and their never-ending with many thanks to our server.!!!!!! Was a sad restaurant. Imagine at some point it was better but between management no longer caring or the owners giving up or lack of customers.. it seems like it is on its way out. With prices that high you really need to deliver to compensate.. this place does not. Could just be a sign of the times . Prices to high and no one wants to work but this was embarrassing. Shrimp and Lobster was awesome. Stuffed mushrooms are excellent, large portions of food. Waitress was exceptional with our service and very sweet. Waiting time when we got there was not good and there was no crowd at all. We were the only ones to be seated. Took around 1/2 hour to seat us. Overall, excellent results.
