I was delighted with the opportunity to dine in the city in which I was raised. I must say this restaurant has not changed one iota in its appearance from how I remember it throughout (30) or so years. I was hosting a 🎂 party for (15) guests. They were so "gracious" in "accommodating" my group! The young lady who was the server was "EXCELLENT" in her service presentation. The food was as expected and price consumerent with today's cost of living. Once again, thank you to the staff and leadership for making this visit so comfortable. Every time I come for lunch the host is never available. Today there were 10 people waiting to be seated. When people are on a lunch break it’s important we get seated right away. Especially when the restaurant is not busy! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50

i went to red lobster battle creek michigan, service sucks. waiter got order wrong and took over an hour to deliver. asked if we wanted our $15 change back. is that even a question? 2/5 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I also asked for a refill and saw the same waitress walking around like nothing was asked, i then asked a completely different woman then got my drink minutes later. Just want to thank you for ruining my daughter‘s 16th birthday dinner. I called two days prior to confirm a reservation for 10 people. The reservation was confirmed. I called the day of to make sure we were OK for 12 people at which time I was told, we couldn’t confirm 12 people but if I sent someone up 10 minutes before the reservation for 10 people they would get us seated. My Niece arrived at 5:50 PM for our 6 PM reservation and was told it would be an hour wait. This was a surprise dinner that I pre-planned and had 10 people showing up for thank God Finley stepped in and was able to save the day. Red lobster, you are a real disappointment to your community and your management style needs some help. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good food, service was slow, everyone around us ordered after us, yet was served food long before ours like 22 minutes? Not sure what happened there. Service was very friendly but forgetful and infrequently. Food was at least hot. Place was very clean. People were friendly. So wish service was better.
