Our waitress was awesome! The decor feels really cozy. The food same in a reasonable amount of time. Everything tasted good! I had the endless shrimp, my husband had surf n turf. This was a nice date. I tried a bite of my husband's steak and it was AMAZING! best 0ark of all was the Cheddar Bay Biscuits! Server was very much inattentive. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks, no water. Asked for biscuits multiple times, the kitchen was blamed when we witnessed every other table be served with them. We gave her 45 minutes of opportunity until we got up and moved to the bar. Our food came out quickly after we moved. Starter salad was delivered after the main after being requested.... bar service was great, food was good. Disappointing that all managers noticed the issue and never even touched the table. If you are going to abandon an unqualified employee at least take care of your guests. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Red Lobster executives and regional manager please read. This restaurant should be the gold standard for all Red Lobsters. The cocktails were just right. The food came out fast, tasted amazing, and the presentation was picture perfect. The server was friendly, professional, moving with purpose, AND on top of that he was training a new hire. The server saw that my kids were obsessed with the biscuits and at the end of the meal he brought out two more in a to go bag. The manager was very busy but also made time to be friendly and check on the customers. I am very much looking forward to going back to this location. I hope you do what you can to reward the staff and keep them happy. Thank you to the Chesterfield staff and crew. The place appears a little dirty, you can see fingerprints on picture frames. Looks a little worn, could use a little face lift. Service started a little slow but then things seemed to have gotten better by dinner's end. The food was good, nothing to write home about. Everyone's favorite, the bread rolls, were good, and hot. Early dinner on a Friday @4:30 p.m. No waiting for a table. I'll be honest Red Lobster isn't at the top of the list or really on it at, when we are trying to decide on a dinning location, but we happened to have received a gift card some time ago. So with somewhat low expectations, to Red Lobster we headed. We started with fried green beans and of course there was cheddar bay biscuits. Both being very pleasing, and hard to stop eating. My dining companion ordered the lobster pizza (from starter's menu) as her main course. It was dinner plate size, with a thin cracker crust. It was good, not sure if I would do it as a main course, but my companion was happy with it. I ordered the Baja shrimp bowl with a side of popcorn shrimp. I really love popcorn shrimp and could not get some. They were excellent. The Baja bowl was also really good. It had grilled shrimp, rice, cabbage, black beans, avocado, tortilla strips, sour cream, lime wedge and a spicy dressing. It is definitely something that I would get again. I stopped by Red Lobster today. I got the Lobster alfredo. I have to say it was absolutely the worst! I give it zero Stars the white sauce was extremely watered down and I mean extremely! I got this to go and ate it 5 minutes later or should I say I ate about 1/4 of it and threw the rest of it in the trash can. Starting to notice restaurants lowering their quality of food. Great deal. Lobster Tail & Steak for $20.99 on Wednesday's. Food was great. Got the Bahama Mama which was over the top good. Lemon vinaigrette for the salad was excellent. The place was exceptionally clean. Service was prompt. Random: the playlist for the music was strange.
