This location has improved greatly since last visit. Many more employees working. "Justin" helped us and was great. Very prompt and helpful. Meal was very good. If you enjoy free food, download the APP and start earning points. Each month they offer different perks with your points. Go early to beat the crowd. We ordered fried flounder. The flounder was greasy and breaded was not sticking to fish. The chef never came out to look at food. Waiter was pleasant but non concern to concern. We left paying for our soft drinks only. Management never came to our table to speak to us. Fantastic meal and service, this Red Lobster is the bomb! Ordered off the new menu, Lobster and Shrimp Overboard. The Lobster tail was huge, the skewer of Grilled Shrimp was grilled & seasoned nicely, and the Lobster & Shrimp Linguini was loaded with shrimps, lobster pieces and very creamy. They have the best seasoned broccoli, I could have eaten a plate of them! Staying with the 'overboard' theme, we ordered the Brownie Overboard for dessert. OMG, delicious! It arrived in a Martini glass filled with a warm brownie, vanilla ice cream, caramel and fudge toppings, whipped cream and a cherry...so decadent and delicious for a brownie-lover like me! The best part of this meal was our server, Dee. So very friendly, always smiling, constantly attentive to us, making sure the food was as we ordered it, drinks were refreshed and baskets of biscuits were always on the table. I haven't been to a Red Lobsters in years and after this visit, I will not be going back. The hostess area, which is near the restrooms smelled of sewage. We had to wait 20 plus minutes for a table b/c they were short staffed. Once seated, we got great service, but the food was just not that good. We ordered the cheesy crab fries and they just did not have enough cheese or garlic cream sauce on them. They were pretty dry. I ordered the garlic butter crab legs and these were the most bland crab legs I've ever had in my entire life. They looked pretty good, but it seemed like someone dipped them in a bucket of oil and then dumped a half a jar of minced garlic on them. They really lacked flavor. The cheddar biscuits were GREAT! When we got there, it was slow. (Probably understaffed) our wait was 35min when we finally got seated our service was too tier our waiter was awesome we ordered endless shrimp and our order was on point. food was fresh and hot..Biscuits Moist omg! For a chain Red Lobster does ok. I had a combo plate Fried Shrimp, clams and broiled scallops. All was simply ok. The scallops were tasteless...except for the butter. Side of mashed potatoes were simply ok. The side Ceasar salad was good. The Red Lobster biscuits are delicious. My wife had the Shrimp and Scallops skewer over rice. Absolutely enjoyed my visit to this location. We received excellent service from the moment we stepped in. Our server was such a delight and served everything with a smile. The food was incredible, everything from their delicious cheddar biscuits to the shrimp linguini was exceptional! Truly kudos to the chef. Great staff and phenomenal food. Will definitely be back. Not my first time here and I didn't set high hopes. However, this time turned out to be unexpectedly wonderful. Jazzy, our server, added an extra touch of warmth that enhanced our experience. The food was delightful, especially the cheesecake, a pleasant surprise since it's not usually my preference. Came in about 1pm today. I was seated. 2 wait staff made eye contact with me while they were walking around. I sat there with my menu and noone spoke to me. No drinks, nothing. After over 20 minutes I walked out. They probably still haven't noticed. Service Dine in Meal type Other

We visited mid-afternoon to avoid the lunch rush on a Sunday. There were not enough servers, and our orders were incomplete, and we had to remind our server repeatedly about what we were missing. She was very capable but entirely overwhelmed and seemed exhausted. Our food was fine once we got it, but getting the right food to the right person was problematic. Management needs to look at staff schedules and have enough servers on hand for the customer count.
