Came in today Saturday afternoon and was quick to be served a table only thing I did not like was our waitress waited until we got our food served (20 mns after) to have our biscuits brought to the table - which I realized once new customers where sat down on there table next to us and immediately got their biscuits with their food menu. Not sure if she tried to avoid giving the biscuits but she also caught that same moment when i realized "wait why we didnt get no biscuits like they did" ? I was just about to bring it up to her attention when she also caught that moment and came to my table offering us the biscuits and saying I got you some biscuits. I was like, WOW REALLY YOU WAITED UNTIL NOW TO BRING THEM. I was like did she realized what I just noticed that she brought those biscuits all late. I felt like she was trying to avoid serving those complimentary biscuits from Red Lobster. Other then that's everything was perfect. We order our food and appetizer mind you it takes quite a few time to get our food and never get our appetizer. Our server brings us the bill and I noticed that we were still being charged for the appetizer. This took another 12-15 to find someone to fix the problem and then pay. I'm not sure if I'll be back? I was excited to try Red Lobster for the 1st time so me and my husbsnd decided to have a nice dinner at Red Lobster waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for my food. The waiter did not communicate well. Asked for the supervisor and was told to wait a few minutes and supervisor will be at our table. No supervisor and yet no food. Had to ask the waiter for some biscuits an after 20 minutes we finally got our biscuits . Will not go back. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

The place was understaffed but the server David was very sweet and apologetic. Apparently another table got my friend & I’s order so we had to wait extra for the food but the manager comped us. The food and drinks were really good Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

The restaurant seemed understaffed that night, so I had to get directions from the security guard on where to pick up my order, which wasn't ready at the time stated in the app. The food and packaging were amazing. I had the salmon bowl and got extra biscuits. The cake was my birthday reward. All so good. I went to this location to celebrate my sisters birthday and the hostess told us they couldn't serve anyone due to lack of staffing. We went to the Chili's next door and ate dinner. Returned today to support this location attempting to celebrate sisters birthday again and was told the exact same thing. They could not seat us do to lack of staffing. We went to Lakewood location, service as impeccable soon ans we entered. We spent our $300 with Lakewood restaurant. Century location is a train wreck and totally embarrassing. Even the management is in on the staff doing absolutely nothing to make sure the diners have a pleasant experience. Will NEVER come to this location again. Service Dine in Meal type Other

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They did not even put our name on the list, we waited over an hour before our food came, the spot above our table was smothered in dust. Do not come here if you are hungry because you are going to wait. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
