The portions are meager. The tuna sashimi was spoiled. The rolls were mixed together without explanation or regard for possible food allergy cross-contamination. The staff seemed utterly disinterested in the issues with the order. I returned the food, and the woman at the counter threw my cash, plus my nice tip, on the counter. Avoid this place at all costs. I waited over an hour for chicken hibachi lunch (not including the delivery drive time). It was a massive disappointment to eat terrible food when I was starving for $35. The soup that comes with the lunch special was basically brown water with a dash of salt. No flavor and only 2 mushrooms floating around. The chicken was ok, really hard and dry though. The rice was a disappointment, it’s like they buy the frozen pees, carrots, and green bean bags and just toss them in with some soy sauce. The hibachi veggies were the worst, absolutely no seasoning on them. Not even salt. I felt like I was eating steamed vegetables you would get at a hospital. Alll this for $35 lunch. I don’t get the bad reviews because the general tso’s tofu from here is the BEST I’ve ever had also the veggie dumplings are addictive. Never had anything less than great but I’ve only ever ordered in Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30
