Over the years we have been to red devil a number of times. Favorite dish is the Jambalaya made with your choice of pasta. Food overall is good. However, it's the same dishes and very little options when it comes to variety or "specials". Over the years the taste has become a little less flavorful and feels as if there has been some passion lost. There is good beverage options. Howevwr, don't order the espresso martini.. yuck! It has no espresso and found out it is made with an espresso liquor and not what you expect if you are acustomed to this drink. Too sweet. Service is also ok to good, depending on which server you get. Some visits our server is nice and the same server is short and unapproachable the next visit. Not consistent. When you arrive, teenage hosts are often at the booth joking around and its clear that they do not have management addressing their behavior while in front of a long line of waiting guests. Because of these factors I scored a little lower for service. The atmosphere is ok and clean most of the time. The bathroom needs remodeling and free of chemical bottles but that's neither here nor there. On our last visit, we found that they automatically add a surcharge to the check. When asked about it the manager said "its because of rising minimal wages so we make the customers cover it with the additional charge".... so how is this managed? Until a certain dollar amount? Until payroll is covered for the week? During certain times? Its fishy! Understandably this will impact pricing as the case for all things. However, simply passing it on with an additional charge is just lazy management. Won't be coming back if this is their general practice. Unfortunately red devil seems to be declining and less to be desired nowadays. We will give them another shot in a couple months and will update this post if anything has changed. Always great food and service! Been coming here for 10+ years and the atmosphere and food keep me coming back. The staff is always incredibly hospitable and seems happy to see you. Sat at the bar while I waited for my pizza tonight and the bartender served up some top notch drinks and conversation. Great for families.

This was our first time at Red Devil, we heard the food was great and wanted to try it. The pizza was phenomenal! We were not disappointed! It was fantastic and the service was great also. Will definitely be one of our favorites to eat at. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This has always been our favorite pizza place when we come up here (at least twice a year), so we were looking forward to our Saturday tradition. Super disappointed this year. The Mac n cheese was… I don’t even know how to explain it… but it definitely wasn’t real cheese. The white pizza has always been my favorite. There was barely any cheese, it was doused in olive oil and the crust was overdone. The pepperoni pizza wasn’t horrible but not the same. Short Version: Adam and Alexia stood out as exceptional. The food was great. The experience overall was fantastic. Long Version: When we arrived we were told by Adam it would be a 30 minute wait which we were fine with as we had to do a little shopping at Eddie's country store across the street anyway. Less than 15 minutes went by and as we were standing in line to pay for the groceries the buzzer went off to tell us our table was ready so that was nice 👍. Then we got Alexia as our waitress and she is the best! It was the end of the night and the end of her shift but OMG that girl still somehow had more hustle than any server I've ever had in my life!!! She was practically speed walking back and forth from the kitchen. I watched her check on all of her tables multiple times throughout the night but the perfect amount to make sure everyone had everything they needed but not to the point of interrupting their dinner conversations or anything like that. It was really artfully done 🤌. She also knew the menu really well and gave us great recommendations. The food was great, the portions are generous, the pizza was done perfectly, and the prices were very fair/reasonable for the quality and amount of food. I knew Red Devil from when I lived in Lakeside and we've been going here every snowboarding season since we moved but this has been the best experience by far that we've ever had here. The staff at the desk and especially Adam and Alexia were nothing short of fantastic, and their high energy levels, great attitudes, attention to detail, and pride in customer service made for an excellent dinning experience that hit high marks on every level/category from start to finish. We like this restaurant a lot, but food is very inconsistent. Sometimes great, sometimes average. Seems like a “standards” problem. Watch your bill for added on Supplemental fee. Employees tend to be the ones hurt by this tactic as tips get reduced and most restaurants that try this end up discontinuing it. The pizza at Red Devil Pizza is amazing. We came from Prescott Valley on a road trip and found this pizza place. Worth every bite. And topped off the experience with spumoni ice cream! HOLY TAMOLE! This is by far the best pizza I've ever had. SERIOUSLY. Best crust, best toppings, best service and the bar is outstanding! It was torture watching all the amazing dishes going to tables that we didn't have room to try lol This place makes me want to move to Pinetop. Along with Charlie Clarks and Johnny & Dee's Picnic Basket, we've added Red Devil to our 'must-go list' whenever we are staying on vaycay in the area!

The food is great! That is the main reason for the 4 star review. Our waitress was good too. Unfortunately, from the moment we entered the restaurant, it took us TWO HOURS to get our food!! We waited for a table for about 25 minutes. When we were seated, the waitress let us know that it was at least a 45 minute wait for food. That would have been good to know BEFORE we put our names in on the wait list. Anyway... the food was great! If I had to rate that alone it would be 5. The atmosphere gets 2 stars because there were loud, obnoxious kids in the booth next to us. There are signs asking customers to keep their children quiet, so perhaps management feels like they've done their due diligence. However, I feel that it is still their responsibility to say something to a child's parents if they are being unreasonably disruptive, which was definitely the case. Believe me, I can handle a little noise, I have 6 kids, but this was obnoxious. So, overall I would say you should try it, the food is tasty! If you see a full restaurant when you enter, be prepared to settle in for a couple of hours! Or perhaps you can order it to go! This is a review for our takeout experience. I easily found their menu on the website and called in my order. The lady who I spoke with was very kind and helpful, and she got our order right. The food smelled and looked delicious when we picked it up, we dug into it as soon as we got back and it really was delicious! We would enjoy returning here perhaps to dine in as the restaurant looked very nice on the inside. If you’re in this area and want Italian food then I would recommend trying this place out!
