I visited Red Balloon Saloon, late on a Thursday night @10p. It was one of the few places open. On NHW. They serve bar food.My girlfriend and I ordered fish/chips👍 fresh garden salad delicious, hip hop music. This was enjoyable for my out of town guest. I would visit again. Friendly atmosphere. Decent if you want to just get out for a minute but can’t believe they actually add gratuity to drink orders. I understand food but drinks……come on!!! ALSO, I attempted to order at the bar and the service was awful. The bartenders ignored me but as soon as a man walked up he got service right away. Wondering why this has happed each time I have been here do the ladies have problem with other females or what??? Oh, and no DJ!!! Since my friend likes the place I may go back but will not be ordering anything for sure. IS THE WATER FREE OR DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT WITH ADDED GRATUITY TOO Service: 3

Balloon Saloon.is always a great time in the past. My last two visits. The service was awful. The server everytime I ordered a drink would say "cant do that" no expounding in why etc. The way groups are billed is weird. This new policy of not seperating bills or being able to have your own bill is odd.
