I was expecting a wait, as I know how popular this place is - I was happily surprised to be seated instantly. While putting cups of coffee & hot chocolate in the middle of the table, my waitress stated to another waitress that she was tired. This continued when the food was served, but she was very friendly. I have never had a bad experience here! I love the real maple syrup - make sure you ask for it if you want real syrup.
