I literally searched this place out for their wood fired pies while in Vermont. This place is a hidden jem! I was eagerly waiting to get in the front door at 11:28! Absolutely not disappointed one bit! Beautifully made dough, all fresh ingredients. I was greeted with a smile and a great atmosphere. Great job folks! It’s hard to find really really thin crust pizza, but this place checked all the boxes, and was delicious! Lots of topping options, plus featured pies of the month! Cute interior. Staff was welcoming and kind. 😊 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came in and ordered 7 pies, and it only took about 15 minutes to complete the order. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The pizza was good, but it could have been better if there was more cheese on them. Worst pizza of my life! Baking pizza in an 800 degree oven should not result in glue like dough. The bottom crust was not cooked and the dough under the toppings was uncooked (raw) and very wet. Further, the dough was not fluffy and light, but very dense. This is the result of using packaged dough , overproofed and handled far too much. It is impossible to get this quality of pizza from a quality wood burning oven. To make matters worse, when I mentioned my concern to the staff, no offers were made to resolve the issue. In the end, I wasted $75 . Far too much money for poor quality pizza. I will never return. By the way, I gave one star because I could not give zero. Save your money as well as you time. Well, it smells good in there but we found it to be just the smell. Pictures show a thin crust pie cut into squares- that dont happen. Fresh ingredients: mushrooms fresh out the can. Crust was floppy and soggy, low or no sauce and about the same with cheese. Pie size options are good, so long as you want a 12 inch pizza. Veggies werent really fired im pretty sure they dump veggies on an already, or close to done meat pizza. It was fairly obvious when it was ready in five minutes after ordering. All in all the place has potential to make a great pie, the crust although soggy had a good flavor. If they took the time to do the pie correctly, i think it could be something. However being my first and very likely my last time there, it was the second worse pizza i ever had....and im 54yo. This seemingly hole in the wall, has just awesome pizza. The 4 cheese is soo good, and their dessert pizza was really tasty. We had a pecan cinnamon roll pie that was great. They have an interesting beer selection, like a brownie stout.

The three stars is because everyone was nice, the place was clean, the the crust recipe was good had it been cooked correctly. Maybe we are just not use to it, not from the area, but we have never been served on paper plates, with plastic silverware, unless it's at a cookout somewhere. But, fine, it is what it is. First, we ordered a shrimp appetizer that was suppose to have blue cheese and bacon on jumbo shrimp. As you can see, they were not jumbo shrimp, there was no blue cheese, and two tiny pieces of bacon crumble. The shrimp were very dry and not seasoned. Then, the pizza we ordered (pictured), was overcooked on the top, but the crust was not browned on the bottom at all...which happens first in a brick oven. In fact, it was so soggy there was juice from the sauce puddled under the pizza. Three things cause this....sauce out of a jar, too much water in the sauce, and undercooked. We would not go back.

Although the pizzas flavor was great... it was cool in the middle and soggy. After all this time they still don't know how to use their pizza oven correctly. Plus the server never brought our parmesan or crushed red pepper... Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
