缺點小包廂煙味太濃郁，後來更改爲中包廂，雖然還是有些許煙味，但至少有排風扇把原本室內煙味往外排，雖然知道這對店家來講很難控制，但也真的希望能像都市一樣擁有無菸環境的唱歌地方，不過小時候就常來光顧，直到出社會後就好一陣子沒來了，難得那麼多年KTV改裝後，這次是第一次來唱歌，環境尚可，廁所也在包廂裡，非常方便。 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

第一次在中部唱ktv,4小時10-12人大包箱才$2800,中部和北部的價差著實令人欣喜，服務4顆星，歌曲選單符合水準，需要自帶飲料和食物。適合同樂聽歌的好去處 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

當下不過就是不太理解優惠方案而說錯話我不明白櫃檯小姐是否有心情不愉快還是我哪裡得罪了在糾正人也不該以臉臭跟口氣不良的態度來回覆吧。設備音質環境都不錯！只是服務方面有待加強… Service: 1

小包環境和其他人提供的照片差很多不太優感覺破破的不太舒服頗失望廁所甚至小到門都沒辦法關價格不算太友善但飲料吧沒提供無糖茶連白開水熱水都沒有不想喝飲料的人覺得傻眼然後回聲沒辦法調大小感覺是埔里競爭對手太少櫃檯態度不是很好 APP新註冊有60元折價能使用也沒告知 Price per person $200–400 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
