I don't recommend this place at all.. We recently wanted to host a surprise birthday, the night before the event the was a passing of a family member so we had to go cancel having already paid the cost of the decoration the actual day. The owner blatantly refused to give us our money back but that we postpone for a later date which was impossible and quite frankly very insensitive of her in my humble opinion, an agreement was met that the money we had paid to the be made into some sort of resturant tab. Yesterday I went to the establisment and the agreement we had, had now changed on their side with informing us. We however agreed to the new terms but and then all of a sudden the owner says she didnt agree on any terms with us and the money that we paid is for decoration and should be used for decoration(yet the person we were hosting had already passed on) and that she should not be involved or called to fix the issue and find common ground. I have never experienced such poor customer service dissensitivity and unprofesionalism from and establishment like I did at Ratson's Gourmet Resturant.

The place is very clean and peaceful. It's ideal for any kind of meet up or lunch dates. The staff is well trained and genuinely friendly 🥰

Wow! What a lovely place. It's beautiful, warm heated staff. They made my visit awesomely pleasant. I'm definitely visiting it again.

I had a small wedding at the venue. Very beautiful venue, friendly and willing staff. Owner that's down to earth and dynamic.
However very disorganized. Our food was cold can you imagine??!?! The heating element was there but no one bothered to heat the chafing dish.
The waiters where asked to walk though the alternative entrance (mild incovince) due to the fact that we where having speeches and a video was in the process of being taken. We had to ask them three times!!? Like really!? The Bride asks you to do somthing you do it easy.
Great ambiance!Sadly not warm enough on such a cold evening during our first visit.We were seated in the room near the pool & we couldn't feel the heat from fireplace.Gas heaters are highly recommended.
Just when through their websites. Clear and direct. But I would like to say that it would be nice if the people from the restaurant added more pictures of their food and name them on their website. I sent a message but never got a reply but at the end I'm really excited to dine in their restaurant.
Perfect place to host your Birthdays , Baby showers etc .... they give you your own space /room .... you can have your own music and all
