Delicious chicken is juicy, and the flavor is very well seasoned all throughout. Get the whole chicken. You won't regret it. It's better to have some leftovers than be left wanting more. Went on a saturday and had to wait over an hour in line at around 12, and they were already selling out of some food so get there early on the weekend to beat the crowd. The mashed viandes were so yummy and an unique and flavorful take on the PR classic. The arroz con gandules was bland and lacked enough gandules wouldn't get that again. The baked batata was perfect compliment to the smoked chicken. Would absolutely recommend this place! Can't wait to try there other offerings. Great prices very cheap compared to restaurants in the area food stands like these are always the best kind of hidden gems. The kind of side of the road barbecue that’s worth waiting for. The only con is the wait time. Otherwise the food is amazing, well priced, and good portions. Staff are polite and helpful. The costillas (ribs) are amazing and remind me of ribs from home (pacific islands). Would go again and again and again. This is the place to go for fresh rotisserie chicken! Right on Route 115. Make a u-turn if you pass it. Lines form early. 10-10:30AM is a good time. They also offer rice beans and flan. If you’re gluten-free and wondering if you can eat at this fantastic little roadside stand — yes you can! The roasted chicken is delicious and seasoned only with Adobo. The roasted sweet potatoes and rice and beans are all safe too. The employees were very kind to walk me through all the ingredients. This is a must-visit! Spot on, the chicken was amazing, nice and moist with a wonderful crisp skin, rice was a little bland but mix it up and everything worked.
