We stopped here for lunch on our way to Brownsville. The service was good. I ordered the Carne guisada. The meat was a little too salty for my taste, but everyone'staste buds are different. I was a little sad, though, because the tortillas were packaged tortillas. I did like their chips, salsa, and beans. We enjoyed this new addition to the Edna area food scene. Good food prepared and served by nice people who are not new to the business or area. We did find both plates to be good values with great flavor. Not oppressively spiced. I easily added their tasty salsa and some pickled jalapenos with no discomfort.
