I was worried going in because recent reviews knock the food, but I was pleasantly surprised by how great the food was! I had a wonderful birthday celebration here. It was a bit cramped and loud due to other guests. A great place to have a warm meal! Love this place. We have tried the burritos, enchiladas, & fajitas all have been excellent. The salsa & chips are great. The service is always good. We have tried other Mexican restaurants in the area and we love this one. Food is always good, service is always very attentive, friendly, and great! I gave atmosphere 2 stars because the last 2 times I've been there they have a guy playing religious hymns very loudly! I've noticed that it bothers other customers as well. A lady a couple tables over from me even asked her server why religious music was being played. It really ruins the ability to enjoy your meal, or conversate with your table. Please consider playing some different music at a lower volume!! Great food, nice ambience. The staff are very friendly and we were seated right away. The super burrito will satisfy your taste buds with authenticity, as well as your stomach. The chicken burrito looked tasty as well. The fresh salsa was our family's favorite. A well established restaurant that's made a mark for years and for many years to come. Stop by for a great lunch while visiting Spanish Springs in The Villages. The only reason I am rating it a 1 is because of the service or lack thereof. After the food was delivered we never saw our waiter until it was time to pay. We were never checked on, nor were our drinks ever refilled. We have been there before and never has the service been so poor. The food is always good though. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
