If you're looking for authentic flavors from Rameshwaram, the newly opened South Indian restaurant is a must-try. Their Idli, Sambar, Dosa, Vada, and Utapam are top-notch. The Mini Tiffin offers delicious Pongal, Upma, and Bisibelebath too. Be warned, the dishes have a strong black pepper flavor (and whole black peppers) – delicious for adults but might be too spicy (spices not chilly) for kids especially the idli dipped in sambar, so order them separately for the little ones.

We went to rameshwaram cafe for lunch today. Masala dose was amazing, it was quite close to the Dose we get in Bangalore Darshini hotels, probably this is only restaurant in Bay Area you get this kind of dosa. Chutney and sambar were very tasty too.
We also liked fried idly, bidadi tatte idly, chou chou bath, Vade, cheese dosa, coffee.
We are definitely going back.

Food tasted great. Good pricing. Podi dosa and coffee could have been better. But chow chow bath, Bisi bele bath and sambar and chutney tasted very good.
Only complaint is that the place is very small and there is a wait time to be seated.
