The only thing I can say is I've been to this Ralphs three times and all three times I've had an interesting experience. It's very clicky. No room for outsiders. I usually come here on Wednesdays and Fridays when I take my child to school and each time the lady at the kiosk for self-checkout is talking to someone that she knows and not paying attention to anybody else in line. She in fact, is so busy in her conversation that she hardly even notices me standing there, patiently waiting to ask her a question. One of the three times, I was in a hurry, so I had to interrupt her. Which I understand is rude. However, when it's a question about the kiosks and she's sitting there chatting it up and there's no other employee in sight. There's nothing I can do except for either wait for her to finish her hour-long conversation or interrupt her so I can get a two second question answered. Unfortunately, the employees are not attentive to anything really and I'm wondering if that was because they haven't seen me very much or at all or if they're just that way naturally. It's really very unfortunate.
Awesome team. My first time here while horse camping near by. I honestly couldn’t figure things out. Paper towels not near paper plates. Hand soap not near dish soap. Pretty logical layout but not where my brain was at. I honestly had to ask the same clerk who was busy stocking ten times and often it was a hit hidden and he had to show me. This is what grocery stores are supposed to be like. The poor guy has said good morning to me and it was over for him. I kept going back. Young big guy.
Best grocery store during our 7-week RV-vacation. Extremely fresh veggies and fruits, very nice staff and by far the best firewood (hardwood) in CA ;-)
Whoa! Just visited this Ralph’s for the pharmacy, and left with an overflowing cart-ful of groceries. I can’t believe their deals on organic products! I usually drive into San Luis to grocery shop, but I’ll be checking Ralph’s first from now on. I had no idea they carried so many organic products for such good prices. Organic can be pricey. Thanks for making it more affordable, Ralph’s!
