I shop here nightly and for the most part it’s a good store with some friendly staff. The other patrons who shop here don’t seem to be aware of others in the store and don’t have manners. Pretty self involved clientele who avoid eye contact at all cost. Not to mention open rudeness shown to staff. What really bothers me is the number of homeless people who come to this store and steal openly. And I do mean OPENLY and obvious. No one pays attention to them loading up and they know it. I’ve witnessed this countless times. They might as well post a sign saying “free groceries”. Plus the store personnel do NOTHING to deter this thievery. It’s just insulting and disgusting and an affront to paying customers.
I used to enjoy shopping at this store but lately not so much. They only had self check-out the last few times I was there and the one available employee was rude and seemed overwhelmed.
Old post: Most are unfriendly, especially Supervisor Jessica, always rude. I will not get in her line. Bakery ladies, lacking in customer service and checkers, normally unfriendly. New post: Cake order looks terrible, nothing like what I showed them. While paying Manager at checkout line, I mentioned it nicely. He ignored me & didn't say anything or apologize. My grandson will be disappointed. Bad customer service. Pictures of the horrible cake on Yelp. So much cream on the cake, made 3 of the 6 kids sick. Made me sick just looking at it! Nasty all around!! Contacted corporate, they didn't care either. New post: 08/02/2023 615am, rude, unhelpful female checkers

The employees don’t even realize they will soon be losing jobs and get rude about me not wanting to use self checkout
Again, I am not ringing up and bagging groceries. I don’t work here. Lol
Greed at it’s best
The deli selection here is exemplary. The Smoketree deli offers items the Sunrise location does not, like fresh meatloaf. I love the pesto pasta salad! The store is smaller but has good variety in the product stocked. Because the isles are narrow, it can become like an obstacle course during peak times.
