We were the only people in the drive-thru, but we waited 10 minutes for the food. Food was luke warm. The gentleman who took the order over the intercom was not very friendly. Sucks driving out of your way to eat at Rally's. They're open!! My truck doesn't fit through their drive thru. Their staff can't take orders at the front window like other Rallys do. Why have a menu out front and a window that you don't use??? Another Hot Trash fast food place. Don't open a fast food place if you can't handle the work load!! Hillbillies.
