do you see cheese?? what yall dont see is that my gfs entire order was wrong. she ordered those funnel cake fries? someone ate them all😑. we ordered cheeseburgers?? they gave us burgers without cheese with every other topping that exists. please get a different job if your not gonna do it right. WORST RALLYS EVER! Completely trash service and food. Cold, old, burnt, hard as a rock, messed up order and absolutely not edible food. How do you make a chili cheese dog and completely forgot the chili?! Clear as day the food had been sitting awhile, everything was ice cold, the cheese and chili were crusty, chicken was like burnt rocks. This is ridiculous and wasn’t even worth wasting more gas to deal with completely incompetent people just to get a run around for a refund on garbage food my dog didn’t even wanna sniff or let alone eat.

The automated drive thru is so bad that we drove away mid order and will not return. There's no reason why a person can't take an order. The automated voice interrupts constantly, gets the order wrong and takes forever to place an order. Plenty of other places in town for a burger and fries. Hit or miss on your order. When they don't follow the order request, it is a let down. However, it is relatively quick and smooth which is a nice change to most fast food joints. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Double spicy chicken had nothing on it but two chicken patties between bread. Double rally burger had nothing but cheese and the smallest little of mayo I've ever seen. Fries were ice cold and soggy. Rally's is my favorite fast food restaurant by far but this was absolute garbage.

BE NICE TO THESE PEOPLE. THEY BUST THEIR RUMPS TO GET YOUR FOOD TO YOU, THEY'RE UNDERSTAFFED AND OVERWORKED. But if you're nice to them, they'll treat you right. Don't always get the freshest food, but being treated like a friend there is worth that, honestly. The guys who work at night are boss mf-er's.
