Being at this fast food, taste good fish sandwiches, fish and burgers. Tasty ice cream can be eaten here. This place is famous for delicious lemonade. The nice staff meets you at Rally's all year round. Satisfying service is something that guests would like to improve here. From the visitors' viewpoint, prices are attractive. At night time this is where all the people walking the streets all night go to eat, so you may have a few uncomfortable experiences if your on foot. Other then that just an above-average version of every other rallys. The food I've had there has been pretty decent so far. A bit of a wait compared to most other fast food but the food is good. Rude as hell employees. When asked a name after getting out of line with us they refused to state name. Customer service is horrible here and they tend to be more interested in gossip or phones rather than their job. This wasn't just once but same experience 4 times. The food is good specially if you have a taste, for a hamburger 🍔 Rally's fries 🍟 is the best fries... Even if you reheat the fries in the microwave they're still good... The food was but the service was horrible as we went through the drive-thru we had to turn around and pay for our meal go back out of the parking lot and pull back into the other drive-thru window just so they could clear their drive through time and be able to pass it. I will be completely honest they food really suck the burger had no juice in this to it or anything and as I always say it starts with management and leading a good crew so recently I have went back there and they are pretty awesome I can tell it's Under New Management who has been fresh the last few times so good job kudos to the new GM there Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

After a year of my 5 star rating, I'm going to have to change my mind on that and re-review. I will probably never go back. Don't order shakes, You might get sick from the mold that's in the lines. And the employees get in trouble by the general manager if they shut the shake machine down to clean it. But what does she know she goes into Rallys drunk with babies and puppies. That baby could have got burnt by hot grease. I'm pretty sure their insurance don't cover that. And definitely don't want dog hair in my food. She definitely should not be working there, let alone be a general manager. If that was my establishment, she would be fired. She steals, or should I say, borrows money out of the safe. Probably for booze. She even goes as low as changing the employees' time on the clock and robs them of their hours. She's definitely a sorry excuse for a general manager. I wonder how the Department of Labor would feel about that. I'm glad I've never worked there, and I probably won't be a customer anymore either. Where to start? I placed a mobile order and waited about 15 min before heading that direction( I only live a few blocks away). Get there and like always long line, but wait I already ordered short left lane it is. After about 20min and no movement in the short line, my wife had to run somewhere else, so walk up window it is. 10 mins and now a small gathering of folks the pick up window finally opens. I give them my name and 🤬 they don't have my order. after one hour and fifteen minutes, I'm finally handed a bag and drinks. I get to the car and 😤🤬 they 💥 up my order. Back to the window. as I hear another lady (doordasher) complaining she has been waiting over an hour for 1 order of funnel cake fries. I grab someone get my order fixed and bolted. The only good thing I can say is thank you to all the others standing out side rallys tonight . You are the reason my night didn't suck. This rally's is inefficient. They have a separate lane for app orders. I've been here way too long for what I ordered. DO NOT USE THE APP! The workers can't handle it and are snotty about it. Service Take out Price per person $10–20

Food was fresh....but I waited in line with only 6 cars ahead of me from 11:55pm until 12:46 pm :( The lady taking orders only took 1 order at a time. She wouldn't take another order until the car at the window got their food. It should never have taken this long. When I finally arrived at the c window the order was not correct and she didn't know what my order was to charge me correctly. The lady at the window was very nice & when I did finally get my food it was fresh.
