Placed an order not all the order was even in the crushed bag! The food that did make it was a cold grease soaked rubbery mess. This particular one needs to be revamped with a complete new staff and it also needs a through cleaning! Keep what you owe me yall obviously need it more then I do! Will not return Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Only thing that i didn't like was the automated prompts when taking my order. I feel there is no personable experience when ordering thru a machine... in 10years there won't be any human working in fastfood except to fix the robotics... but the food was exceptional and the order was correct.... I am not big on fast food, but I love to go to Rally's for a quick ice cream shake or slushies. I just had their mango drink and it was very good. I found it astonishing that there was a layer of real fruit at the bottom. Real fruit! I did not expect that. Every once in a blue moon, I will indulge in their spicy chicken sandwich. I have never been disappointed.
