Coming to this place looked kinda weird because we thought it was closed and we were gonna leave but we saw somebody leave and we noticed it was open. The miso black cod is absolutely the star of tonight, full of flavor and super fresh. However, everything else is pretty average. The music is a bit too loud to our ears and their lady’s room needs a new toilet seat, it’s dirtier than those ones in the nearby supermarket. I’ve been coming here since my parents moved to Fort Lee many years ago. Moved to Colorado and still come every time I’m back visiting! The food is incredible and very well-priced, great happy hour, ambiance, and the wait staff is wonderful. My father is disabled and our waiter helped him with his coat and seating, made sure we got out and in safely, and was just so kind and gracious. I highly recommend the steamed shumai, spicy tuna rolls, karaage, and marinated skirt steak.
