We were on our way to a concert in the city and in order to save time, I ordered and paid for Canes ahead of time for 4 people. The order said it would be ready at 5:23…yaaaay, not a problem. We were planning on eating in the car. Got there at 5:30! Order? What order? Nope we don’t have anything for that name? Didn’t seem the least bit concerned that I had proof that it should already be ready. The girl at the counter was extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate. Didn’t rush at all to get our order done. When I told them I was missing a drink, she handed me a cup and told me to get it myself. At 5:48 they finally had it ready. No sorry, no thank you, no anything. I went recently and the food wasn’t the best. The lettuce all smooched and the fries extremely salty. Couldn’t eat it, the lemonade flat. I visited inside couple weeks ago and they improved in the cleaning area. There’s no consistency however the service is excellent. They friendly, fast and courteous. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
