The chicken here is so good that it makes other fried chicken taste worse. I'll spare you the details, but I went to another place to get my chicken fix today for lunch because I wasn't anywhere near Raising Cane's. The chicken from this other place used to be my favorite, but it now tastes like rubber to me. Thanks for being so good you make other places taste bad. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The reasons I’m giving it two stars is because I had to spend a good few minutes just repeating myself over and over and finally when I got my food my order was wrong and the food was cold. It was really disappointing honestly. Usually I’ve have good experiences at canes Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Used to be good but service is trash. Food has gone way down in quality. Paid for extra cane sauce and they didn’t give me any. The sandwich had barely any sauce in it. Fries were stale. Not worth the price anymore. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Raising Cane's truly delivers on the chicken finger experience! Their chicken fingers are among the best in the business, accompanied by great crinkle fries. The standout, is the Texas Toast, which is hands-down the best Texas Toast (period). The Cane Sauce adds an extra delicious touch to the meal. A must-try for chicken lovers! This location is staffed by unruly, undisciplined, and ridiculous children. Every. Single. Time. I go there, they mess up my order. Most recently, this meant I went through the drive thru and, after getting my order, got halfway home before realizing, "Oh, yeah, this is food from THAT restaurant..." So I pulled over to check my order. Sure enough, instead of a 6 piece and an extra order of fries and sauce (to share, sheesh), I had a single 3 piece order in my bag. Frustrated, I conducted the multiple u-turns necessary to get back to the restaurant (Bulldog's new design is awesome for bikes, and I love it, but it made me swear in this instance). I went to the restaurant and they, very apologetically grabbed my, order which was sitting on the counter. I got home. The order was missing sauce, cold, and my drink was straight ice. 🙄 I swear. The chicken is good... But not so good as to deal with this nonsense. Look, I worked in food service as a teen and all through college too. It isn't hard, but take some freaking pride in your work. I seriously love this location. They always have speedy service even when they’re busy and the workers are so friendly and always some kind of funny greeting. My food is always fresh and exactly right! Will keep retuning :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
This is the worst canes in Utah. Tried, tested, proven the worst every single time. Also, who’s idea was it to build the smallest canes dining room in a town with 70,000 college kids??? It’s amazing how little $11 can buy Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I hate giving one-star reviews. It's like the most "Karen" thing ever, but the food was just not good at all. The fries were way, way too oversalted, and the chicken was bland. It's not worth the money or trip back, but that's just for me. This was also my wife's first time here, and she said it would be her last at that. Wish I had been given a little more sauce on the sandwich, but overall it was really delicious. We didn’t have to wait to long and this place was packed. Definitely a nice little hotspot you should try if you’ve never been to one before. So... I was here for the store opening this morning (yes, I was here at 7 AM) but, I didn't have the patience to wait 4 hours for food... So, I decided to go home, and try to come back this evening. at roughly 11:00 p.m., there was still a crazy long drive through line, so I tried to walk in.... But, I did have to wait about 20 minutes before I was able to order. The food was made for me, only a few minutes, maybe three to four minutes? And I appreciate How quick it was ready. I'll start with the french fries: they taste like frozen french fries, that you can get at any grocery store... 1/5 for that. I tried some of their "unsweetened tea" and it was awful... I drink personally, about a gallon a day of unsweetened sweet tea, that I make each morning at my house... And I couldn't finish what they made for me here. It's a 1/5 for me. In the combo, you get a piece of buttered toast and it tasted great! 5/5 for me on that one. The chicken was okay... Nothing special, but I like how well it was cooked. They're was some sauce that came with it, and it tasted weird to me. 3/5 on the chicken. Customer service here though was amazing! 5/5! I love how the store is designed, and it looks pretty cool, although it is kind of confusing when there are long lines to order, because there are multiple cashiers, and there is some confusion about who is wanting to make an order, or who is waiting. All in all, this place is decent enough and I will probably return... But isn't something I'm going to go out of my way to visit. (Maybe they're just having a rough start, because they open today? I don't know, but I generally wasn't that impressed.) Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10
