Pizza was good but we ordered a $16 caesar salad and got it home and they didn’t include any dressing…was literally a box of chopped romaine and no dressing included. Pretty disappointing with take out given the price of just lettuce. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve been here a few times and it does not disappoint. There’s a wide variety of flatbreads to choose from - I’d recommend the French onion. I was also very glad they had a vegan cheese alternative. There was also a great beer selection available. Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Great Beer Selection
Service was great, from the moment we entered and were greeted to waiters service. Appetizers were the best! We ordered the cauliflower and the blue cheese tots! They were so good I could’ve juts eaten that! We also ordered the mexican pizza and the fig pizza and a Vegan Cheese Pizza for the Kids. Great menu, with vegan, veggie and gluten free options. The server told us they own the creamery across from the streets so the dessert menu has a lot of their stuff, but we were stuffed, will try next time! Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Mexican Street Corn Flatbread
LOVE this place! Whether you are up for a traditional or unique Flatbread then you can't go wrong! The seasonal menus are always fantastic as well as the staples that never leave! The food is always spectacular as well! Never had a bad meal or drink! Speaking of drinks, what a variety. There is an extensive rotating draft list featuring local breweries and wonderful original handcrafted cocktails! Went for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend and we had a good time. We had the sweet potato hummus to start, which is their seasonal hummus - their hummus changes every so often, then we had the buffalo chicken flatbread, chicken Parmesan, and an RT Burger. The flatbreads are more like pizzas and definitely bigger than expected, it is a thin crust which I personally enjoy. The chicken Parmesan was good, they put pesto on the pasta and it makes it taste so much better. The RT Burger was absolutely delicious, we got the double patty protein with it and wow! After that, we got one of each dessert: the Creme Brulee and the PB Brownie. I didn’t try the brownie but my boyfriend was pleased with it, I loved the Creme Brulee, the sugar was rightly crystallized and there is a layer of chocolate at the bottom of the Brulee which added for a nice surprise. The server we had was great as well, everyone had a lively energy and it was nice to be around them. They were very attentive and we didn’t spend long waiting for items. Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I went for the first time over the weekend in a large party of 10. We made reservations which I highly suggest. The service was very attentive & prompt. The cocktails were underwhelming. They are on the pricy side and served in small glasses. I got the bbq chicken flatbread and it was very good. My b/f got the pepperoni flatbread and it was VERY good. I would for sure go back to try other things on the menu. Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a really good time here with friends and family. The sesame cauliflower appetizer, Gochujang BBQ Chicken flatbread, and fig &walnut flatbread were our favorites. I'd also recommend the Mexican street corn flatbread. The buffalo chicken flatbread wasn't as enjoyable as others. Let the pictures speak for themselves. Pictures don’t lie… and don’t these pictures of actual take out say - YUMMMM. Well, no. It all looks pretty - some of the other photos people posted looks great - what you see looks appealing… looks. It kinda tasted all the same. Expensive. We’re talking ‘flatbread,’ but basically pizza. And salad. The staff is young and uses words or phrases like - Awesome (kinda dismissive) or My bad… and it leaves you wondering ‘what was bad, who was bad, what happened.’ And they’re just - young. They don’t seem to care or be authentic. Look at the pictures of the chicken Parmesan, and the salads… I guess it’s what one is used to. Oh… and they’ll tell you how great they are and thank goodness a nice place has finally come to Milford - nothing like saying all the other places are a step down or Milford was sooooo bad it needed saving. Wonder how so many other successful restaurants could have been doing it so wrong for so long. I don’t think, personal opinion, a town is worth disparaging. But, I guess it’s good enough they’ve invested in it and we were told are putting in an ice cream place. The staff or team member ‘educated us’ about how this company turned another downtown around. Maybe the owner needs to be more aware of what the staff is saying and doing. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

I was exploring the area and decided to stop by Hudson center for food. I never had been to Rail Trail Flatbread Co. but I'm glad I did. I ordered a custom pizza and my family ordered other flatbread variations. I must say it was some of the most delicious pizza I've had. The crust was nice and thin and the dough was absolutely amazing and cooked perfectly. Highly recommend. Will be back to try new things! Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
One the best pizzas in Greater Boston Area. It is wood fired. Pizzas taste great, staff is friendly and ambience is awesome. Rail Trail Flatbread place is usually very busy and the wait times are long so plan accordingly. It is located in Hudson downtown so can have nice walk around the area while waiting Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Fries
