These people are so lovely and working together as one family trying to make a living in a small village and being nice to all customers. They have good Brioche and they offer many flavors and variety. They are open all day and always happy to serve. They have a couple of tables outside if you like to sit and enjoy their goodies.
Rahbany Bakery is quite possibly one of the most underrated bakeries in Lebanon. We stumbled upon their bakery while walking down the Old Souk to find a welcoming family. We tried their manakish selections - the classic zaa'tar, Kishik (fried yogurt mixed with bulgur and veggies), and the spinach with cheese. The flatbread was soft yet also had crunch on the bottom - which is EXACTLY what you want in a manoush! Each one of them was delicious and truly elevated in flavor, but if I had to choose their standout dish it would be the spinach and cheese manakish because the spinach was tasteful and the cheese didn't overpower the herb flavors. We ordered their famous brioche buns for dessert and YUM! They heat them up and fill em with chocolate right in front of you. The Rahbany family runs the bakery and they're all very friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the location couldn't be better. This bakery is definitely worth a visit when in Batroun. These ain't rookie reviews!

Super yummy! We gad the lahme baajin (tastes a bit like sujouk), zaatar with veggies, and eggs w/ awarma. Highly recommended!!! We wanted to try the chocolate brioche but they were out of stock (bc of high demand) If you're in batroun old souks and looking for a quick snack, Rahbany is the place.

A must eat super authentic Lebanese pastries. Very simple, clean, baked with love from the old lady at Rahbany. Great family running the place. All the pastries were so yummy that we went again second day 💙
