The food was unfortunately not up to par in terms of hygiene and taste. However, I was excited to try this restaurant after reading positive reviews on Google and discovering their amazing buy 1 get 1 offer. I hope they can improve their flavors and cleanliness to make it worth the price.

Note: Don't think that you are offering tea for free when you run deals. Employees should not behave as if people are coming for free food and they are donating food.
I had the worst tea ever and received terrible service from the employees. They need training on how to work, and even the manager doesn't know how to operate the store.

I had an unpleasant experience at your establishment where I encountered rude behavior from your employees. Despite ordering tea with regular ice, I received it with 90% ice and when I asked them to check, they responded rudely by filling plain milk with rude attitude on face. Even the manager's response was disappointing. This kind of service is unacceptable, and if not addressed, it will deter customers from returning. I urge you to train your staff on how to serve customers respectfully.

The drinks are yummy and have supplanted Tastea as my favorite cold drink spot. Service is nice and welcoming. The owner knows us already and that is nice. Ambiance is clean and welcoming...It looks like you know you will get an awesome drink. I highly recommend R&B if you are looking for a killer drink.
