One star service since it is totally self service. Food is good / great depending on what you like. It can be very challenging to order from the touch screen. I’m going to keep my original review below but update what just happened to change my review. Ordered a tea online. Came in and didn’t see it on the counter but a few moments later didn’t it in the cube. Checking the name to see my tea in a plastic bag confirmed it was mine and began to leave. As walking out an employee stopped me and asked what I was doing and I said grabbing my tea. It made seem like he thought I was shoplifting so I proceeded to offer to show him my order receipt on my email. He balked and said no to you’re good when I read the name on the order… this was weird and a bit off putting. Either have someone at the pickup counter or just let the customer take their paid items? This could’ve been handled better. Original visit review: Pretty good wavy noodles. Price in line with other ramen places around the metro. Good broth and proteins. Will be back to try the bubble tea.

i do not ever write reviews for places, but i felt the need to this time because wow this was bad, my food was so bad that I threw all my food away after two bites, the inside of my egg was cold, the pork belly and eggs tasted the same, the broth didn’t taste like chicken at all, it was so bad, overall D-, the robot was cute though Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes Tonkotsu Ramen with Pork
