Overall 5 stars. Been to this location many times over the years. Many times it's been under different management or different staff but overall fairly consistent. The rare times they might be stingy on the servings but I just make sure to ask for more if that's the case. Tonight's visit was awesome. Fresh. Tasty. And massive behemoth of a burrito. That thing weight a few pounds at least I swear. Worth it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Not what it used to be. I remember when a burrito was so big you could barely finish it. Mine was so small it fit easily in my hand and I left hungry. Professional Chef here. I’ve never dined in. But I’ve always done take out. Two separate times I’ve done and online order. Gone in to pick up. Waited 30 minutes past set pick up time. And watched as they gave the last of what I ordered to someone who just walked in. I understand making customers happy. But come on. One ticket at a time people. And by the time I got home the order was still wrong. Maybe training needs to be better. Maybe management needs to step up, idk. Will I be back. Obviously because I love cilantro. I'm giving you three stars on your food and your service because the last time I was in there your server did not be careful dishing up my food and by the time I got to where I was going my bowl was like soup so he didn't drain off any of the water off of any of the progress I asked to be put in my bowl. He just was not careful and he seemed to be new here the guy that checked me out I give him five stars. I gave you five stars at the beginning because I know you have quality food it's just that the last server was not careful with my service and it was really not worth my money - I couldn't even eat it, I basically threw it away. I ordered from this location through eatsteets and was made and delivered within 30 minutes which was nice. What wasn’t nice was that I’m missing all the extra stuff I got on the side (guacamole, salsa, and sour cream). And my 2 end piece quesadillas have absolutely nothing in it. On top of that the tortilla was burnt. I’m a college student and am going through finals currently, I was craving a quesdilla and was very, very disappointed. Tacos are great. Steak ones are worth a shot for sure, and my daughter seems to really like the kids' menu. They always hook me up with a good amount of steak. This location is the dirtiest Qdoba I’ve ever been too with the rudest staff I’ve ever experienced.Not only do they act like they hate their jobs but all of the food looks like it’s been sitting for hours. If they’re running low on ingredients they won’t change it they will skimp you every time. I used to enjoy going out to get Qdoba but my last few visits here have been way below sub par. The Chips match the personalities of their employees… STALE. Just look at how dirty and messy the food looks 🤢
