Had a terrible experience in store today during my lunch break. Ordering my kids nacho bowl as I do at least once a week I was told that I could not have half and half rice in my bowl...? This was very confusing seeing as though I always order this bowl the same way with no problems. The staff in store, especially the manager Britney Yates, acted as though these ingredients effected her pay directly. So instead of the free ingredients being added to my bowl as they have every time before, all of my ingredients were put on the side and i was charged for each item, since I was told I would have to buy a side of rice in order to have both types. I was charged $15 for a meal that typically costs me $7. I am requesting a response from the owner at this time to discuss this issue further. Update with photos: Went to another Qdoba today located on Page Service Dr. and as expected no uncharging for rice and no problems with adding both rices to my kids size bowl. I have been twice since moving to the area 3 months ago and both times I have been disappointed. I do not blame the workers as they seem to be trying their best but both times they have been understaffed and constantly out of things (last time, they were out of bowl covers, guac, veggies - the previous time they were out of black beans and other misc items). Again, it seems to be a management/company issue with not properly staffing their team nor ordering enough product to keep up with demand. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 since the food I was able to get was fine and the staff I saw were obv trying to make the best of a bad situation. Made an online order for me and my family here. Went to pick it up walked in the door and were immediately met with its online orders only at 8:30pm on a Saturday night. It has been "online orders only" the last 4 times we've been there. We get the food home and there's almost no lettuce in the salad, the tacos were the wrong protein, the pico was complete moosh like it had been frozen and thawed several times, and the rice in the burrito was hard and crunchy. Overall I am beyond disappointed with the service and the product. This is exactly why businesses continuously shut down and people stop spending their money in North County. I wish I could give them no stars. Literally had my order picked up and have absolutely nothing I added in my order inside my order. No lettuce, no shredded cheese, no jalapeños, no salsa. Not to mention it looks like a 2 year old put my order together. Called the location where they told me to just come back tomorrow and bring the food and they will remake my order. My chicken burrito tasted good and it was made correctly. Had to wait in line and while I ate there with friends there was constantly a line. I had to wait for a cashier to come out and I could barely understand what she said, but it wasn’t super customer friendly. It was just straight forward. None of the employees smiled. It seemed like all of them weren’t happy to be there and were working super slow because of that. The tables were all dirty as well. Other than that... my food tasted fine.

How hard is it to get a simple order right? I ordered the tortilla soup...I asked for it to be put in the tortilla shell...went thru Grubhub...once it gets here...the order is incorrect...no tortilla shell in sight...they just threw the stuff in a bowl and was missing several of the ingredients I asked to be put in it...yeah I'm done with this particular Qdoba... the Grubhub driver informed me that he waited 10 minutes when he got there for my order...and they still got it wrong...luckily for me Grubhub has excellent customer service and took care of the issue by refunding my money. Friendly staff, it reminded me a little bit of Chipotle. Food was good staff was friendly and helpful. Update 10/14/22 the cleanliness of this store has deteriorated greatly, floors were dirty and greasy, the leaking sprinkler pipe in the ordering line dripping on customers as they wait to place their order. Refusal to allow patrons to sit in the restaurant. The lake of water in the middle of the restaurant forcing patrons to walk through as they exit the cashier. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
