Best pizza. Collierville local terrific. Mid town I don't go to anymore. Served me a burnt pizza and made me stand back in line to reorder while the rest of my party celebrated a birthday, also, I am handicapped and cannot stand long but I had to anyway and wait for everyone in front of me to go before I could order replacement pizza,which they should have just offered to remake instead of making me eat by the time my party was about to leave. The whole experience was quick and took little time at all. I ordered 2 build-your-own entree pizzas for carry-out. My 1st pizza was a marinara pizza with Roasted Chicken, Bacon, and Broccoli on top. The 2nd pizza was an Alfredo pizza with Roasted Chicken, Italian Sausage, Bacon, and Double Bacon. Both of the pizzas tasted amazing and I enjoyed my time creating my pizzas. I ordered Togo so I didn't experience the atmosphere but sports oriented. I'm so over pizza, but not this place! Amazing quality and top notch ingredients. Not a big fan of tons of butter topped with cheese and more butter! It's worth the trip and salad options as well. Edited 11/1/23- The cauliflower crust is no longer vegan. So no way to get a gluten free vegan pizza anymore. 😢 Therefore reduced rating. The person was honest about the crust ingredients when I noticed it looked different. Original review: The cauliflower crust is gluten free and vegan and they also have vegan cheese. The gluten free crust has eggs, so it's not vegan. They charge $5 extra for a whole cauliflower crust that they cut off a piece so it can fit in a box they say. However, I was eating it at the location so I didn't need it to go in the box. Therefore they shouldn't cut any of the whole pizza that they charge so much extra for. The half is less, but the whole is just a personal person size pizza. See pictures. The crust was cooked pretty well, but the toppings were really cold still. I mentioned to the first worker that I had allergies, and she seemed new and did not do anything to avoid the cross contamination. The second worker I told I had allergies and to please change the gloves. He gladly did and even went to the back to get my toppings. I was glad with that because all the toppings seemed to be cross contaminated. Overall, the higher cost of about $15 total for a one person pizza, the cold toppings, and the lack of allergy knowledge of the first worker lost the star. I'm glad there is a place that offers options for people with food allergies like me, and the one worker that was very helpful. 2nd visit: Told them to cook it a bit longer to make sure the veggies were warm. They did a better job. The cauliflower crust was great. It is still expensive at $5 upcharge, but good when you want a healthier gluten free vegan pizza option it is good. After mentioning I had allergies, they wiped down area, washed their hands, & changed gloves before adding toppings to the pizza. The toppings did not appear a mess like the first time, so they took veggies from the toppings in the case. Just fyi for people with allergies or food intolerance.
