Had to wait 20 minutes before the waiters even bothered to bring us the menu, and then 15 more minutes for them to bring me a glass of water. Almost 35 minutes of wait before we could even order the food. I mean the food was good but not that good. One of the worst services ever. Not too expensive, good food but I wouldn't go back to wait over 30 minutes to get water let alone the food. I guess if you're not an influencer, you're not worth their time? This place is located in Itahari chowk. The ample of space for get together parties and many more. The food are of average quality. The order taking and billing system are profound. Deliverance of service is on normal way as it is fast food restaurant. The menu is unclear without descriptions on dough items. Hope to have some better experience on next time. Thank you for your service 😊🙏

I don't think you guys have good chef having skills of cooking. I ordered jhol momo and you guys literally send puting water in normal achar of momo. If you don't have skills of cooking then don't offer to make it happen. Moreover your chicken 65 was way more pathetic. You guys can improve your food quality. I order khaja set yesterday. You guys send bhatmaas chiura, pakoda , aalu and chicken . At least you guys can see online what varieties are included in khaja set. Another Bakery in itahari.. I think a branch of existing purvanchal bakery.. although the location is nice and service is good but whatever pastry and Puffs and donuts I had were pretty bad. They all felt stale and taste was also not good. I don't think I would be eating again.

Slowest delivery. November 8 2021, we group of four people ordered 3 plate of veg momo and a plate of sausage. After 1 hour they delivered a sausage. 3 members(veg) were still waiting and after more than 1 hour they came to tell that no any veg momo was avilable. It was really disappointing as we were really hungry and had no more patience to wait more for other order. As we complained about their carelessness staffs didn't even wanted to listen to us. Not only our group, there were a lot of people who faced the problems. These kind of activities is surely going to hamper in near future. The most amazing part is they had momo in the first(ground) floor as they previously mentioned they didn't even had chicken momo (any non veg momo) which was the reason to order one plate of sausage. Below(last 3 photos) you can see sausage that they delivered and momo we saw in kitchen as we were leaving. Other photos are previously captured.
